Since charcoal or charcoal powder has a black color, it is not preferable to use it as it is for wallpaper or the like exposed in an indoor space in terms of external design. It has been proposed to laminate a decorative layer having a colored or printed pattern suitable for an indoor wall surface on the surface of a layer supporting charcoal. However, by laminating the decorative layer, the air permeability between the functional layer and the indoor space is hindered, and the function of the functional layer cannot be sufficiently exhibited. In addition, paper or cloth supporting charcoal has a problem that it is difficult to perform adhesion work to a wall surface as compared with ordinary wallpaper.

[0004] In ordinary wallpaper, an adhesive is applied to the back surface of the wallpaper at the time of construction, and then the surface on which the adhesive is applied is attached to a wall surface. The time from when the adhesive is applied to the wallpaper to when the wallpaper develops the adhesive strength is sometimes referred to as open time. It is necessary to finish wallpaper pasting work during this open time. However, charcoal is extremely water-absorbent or highly hygroscopic, so if a water-soluble adhesive is applied, the water contained in the adhesive will be rapidly absorbed by the charcoal, displacing the wallpaper on the wall surface or wrinkling. I do not have enough time to extend the work. The above-mentioned open time becomes extremely short. Therefore, the construction work becomes difficult, and there is a problem that it is difficult to handle.

It is black or dark gray. The material and structure of the fiber material supporting the charcoal, the method of supporting the charcoal, and the like are not limited as long as the function of the desired charcoal can be sufficiently exhibited. Usually, charcoal is made into fine powder and then loaded onto the fiber material. After the sheet is manufactured from the fiber material, charcoal may be supported on the fiber material sheet, charcoal may be supported simultaneously with the manufacture of the sheet, or charcoal may be previously supported on the fiber material before the sheet is manufactured. You can let it happen. More specifically, when spinning or spinning the fibers or yarns constituting the sheet, charcoal can be blended with a synthetic resin or the like as a material of the fibers or yarns. Charcoal powder can be dispersed in a slurry raw material for making paper or nonwoven fabric. A sheet of fiber material can be manufactured, and a coating agent containing charcoal can be applied to the surface of the sheet.

The functional layer may be constituted by a laminate of a plurality of material layers. [Cosmetic layer] Improves the appearance and characteristics of the surface of the interior material by covering the surface of the black or nearly black functional layer. As the material of the decorative layer, the same material as the decorative material in ordinary wallpaper or other interior materials can be used. Specifically, paper, knitted fabric, nonwoven fabric, or the like can be used. However, as the decorative layer, a layer having air permeability is used so as not to impair the humidity control function and the deodorizing function of the functional layer with respect to the construction space. Further, a material in which the material of the decorative layer itself has the same function as the functional layer, such as humidity control and deodorization, to some extent can be used.

The decorative layer may be constituted by a laminate of a plurality of material layers. The decorative layer is laminated on the functional layer via an adhesive. [Back layer] Constructs a surface for attaching the interior material to the construction surface. Those having a material and a structure suitable for sticking construction of the interior material are preferable. For the back layer, a material having air permeability is used so as not to hinder the air flow between the construction wall surface and the functional layer. In addition, at the time of pasting of interior materials,
An adhesive having a property of preventing the open time of the adhesive used for attachment from being shortened by the presence of the functional layer is used. Specifically, a material that suppresses moisture transfer from the outer surface to the functional layer is used as the back surface layer. It is preferable to use a material having low water absorption or water permeability, or a material having a property that the passage of moisture is slow. As a specific example of the back layer, paper can be used. By adjusting the material and thickness of the paper,
The above-mentioned function can be exhibited.

The back surface layer may be constituted by a laminate of a plurality of material layers. By using a relatively thick material for the back layer, it is possible to hide irregularities on the construction wall surface and make it inconspicuous on the surface side of the interior material. The basis weight of the back layer is
It can be set in the range of 20 to 40 g / m 2 . [Manufacture of Architectural Interior Material] The decorative layer, the functional layer and the back layer are laminated on each other via an adhesive. For the type of the adhesive and the bonding method, a technology basically common to ordinary building interior materials and other laminated products is applied.

It is preferable to use an air-permeable adhesive so as not to impair the air permeability between the decorative layer and the functional layer and between the functional layer and the back layer. If the adhesive penetrates into the functional layer, the properties of the functional layer will be impaired. Further, it is preferable that the adhesive interposed between the functional layer and the back surface layer can suppress the transfer of moisture from the back surface layer to the functional layer, and can extend the open time at the time of attaching the interior material. Materials that do not adversely affect the construction environment and are easy to dispose such as incineration and burial are preferred. For example, a non-formalin type adhesive is preferable.

As a specific example of the adhesive, a production standard viscosity of 50 is used.
Non-formalin acrylic emulsion adhesives of 00 cps (20 ° C.) or higher and modified vinyl acetate adhesives can be used. The adhesive having such a viscosity condition has little function hindrance of the above-mentioned functional layer, and is also effective in suppressing moisture transfer from the back layer to the functional layer. Adhesive may be used in an amount of 35~40g / m 2. By employing such a coating amount, it is possible to configure an adhesive layer having an appropriate thickness and capable of exhibiting the above-described functions well. A roll coater method can be used for laminating the decorative layer, the functional layer, and the back surface layer using an adhesive. When the roll coater method is adopted, in the first stage, an adhesive is applied to the back surface layer and laminated with the functional layer,
In the second stage, a method of applying an adhesive to the decorative layer and laminating the decorative layer on the laminate of the back layer and the functional layer can be adopted. In this method, it is not necessary to apply the adhesive directly to the functional layer,
It is possible to prevent the problem that the open time is shortened because the moisture of the adhesive is absorbed by the functional layer. Further, the adhesive hardly affects the functional layer.

By using a hot melt adhesive as the adhesive, the adverse effect of the adhesive on the functional layer can be reduced. Specifically, a hot-melt adhesive is applied to a material on the side that does not include the functional layer, for example, a decorative layer in a heated and melted state, and is cooled and cured. Thereafter, the decorative layer and the functional layer are adhered by overlapping and heating. The same method can be applied to the adhesion between the back layer and the functional layer. In this case, a hot melt adhesive is applied to the back surface layer. The interior material can be subjected to various treatments such as flameproofing and antifouling, which are employed in ordinary building interior materials. Coating treatment with a non-formalin / phosphorus-based chemical can be adopted as the flameproofing treatment.

[Construction of Interior Material] The interior material for building is used by being attached to the interior surface of the building using an adhesive on the surface of the back surface layer. The same technology as in the case of ordinary interior materials can be applied to the adhesive and the method of attaching the interior material to the interior surface of the building. Since the interior material of the present invention has a small shortening of the open type due to suction of the adhesive,
The range of adhesives that can be used is widened, and construction work can be performed with a margin. The adhesive used for attaching the interior material can be applied to the interior material or the wall surface at the stage of the attaching operation. Even when a water-soluble or water-dispersible adhesive is used as this adhesive, the suction into the wallpaper is small and the open time can be sufficiently taken.

A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a release sheet are previously laminated on the back surface layer of the interior material, and the release sheet is peeled off at the time of application, and the adhesive layer can be adhered to a wall surface by the adhesive force. A rewetting adhesive layer may be laminated on the back surface layer of the interior material, and when the interior material is attached, the rewetting adhesive layer may be wetted with water to develop an adhesive force. [Adhesive for pasting] As the adhesive used for pasting the interior material, the same adhesive as that used for ordinary wallpaper construction can be used. Generally, a water-soluble or emulsion-type adhesive having good workability is used.

After applying the adhesive to the back layer of the interior material,
It is preferable to select the type and material of the adhesive so that a sufficient operable time, that is, an open time, until the adhesive is attached to a wall surface or the like is obtained. However, the open time is not determined only by the properties of the adhesive, but is also affected by the properties of the back layer and the functional layer. Therefore, the adhesive may be selected in consideration of these conditions. [Pressure-sensitive adhesive layer] The pressure-sensitive adhesive used for ordinary wallpaper and the like can be used. As the pressure-sensitive adhesive, a pressure-sensitive adhesive having a relatively low initial adhesive strength when the release sheet is peeled off and exhibiting a sufficient adhesive strength thereafter is preferable. This makes it easier to perform positioning, wrinkle-stretching, and the like when attaching the interior material to the wall surface of the building.

When an adhesive is used, water is not used at the time of sticking to a wall surface, so that a reduction in open time due to water suction does not occur. However, when the pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied directly to the functional layer when forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer by applying the pressure-sensitive adhesive to the interior material, the moisture contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive is absorbed by the functional layer, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer It becomes difficult to carry out the forming operation, and the moisture adversely affects the functional layer. In the present invention, since the adhesive is applied to the back layer instead of the functional layer,
The problems described above are unlikely to occur. The release sheet is effective in preventing an accident that the interior material adheres to another object during handling such as transportation and storage. The release sheet can be attached to the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with a small force that does not easily fall off, and can be easily removed when the interior material is used. A release sheet used for ordinary wallpaper and the like is used.

[Re-wet adhesive layer] The re-wet adhesive is an adhesive which does not show an adhesive strength when first applied and dried, but which exhibits an adhesive strength when supplied with water. Rewetting adhesives used for ordinary wallpapers and the like can be used. As the re-humidifying adhesive, one having a relatively low initial adhesive strength when wet with water and exhibiting a sufficient adhesive strength thereafter is preferable. This makes it easier to perform positioning, wrinkle-stretching, and the like when attaching the interior material to the wall surface of the building.
