Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tent simple in the constitution even in a large tent, causing little looseness in a curtain and having no possibility of leaking of rain. SOLUTION: This tent 1 has a trifurcated end part joint 3 fitted in a top part of a column material 2, a wire rod 5 stretched on a diagonal line and a post member 7 erected on the crossing wire rod 5 and supporting the curtain 6. The post member 7 has a short column 10 suspended from a curtain support member 9 and four diagonal members 11 collapsibly pivoted on the tip of respective pipe bodies 8 and concentrating on the short column 10. When setting up the tent 1, the height of the post member 7 is lowered to cope with a loosened state of the wire rod 5, and after forming a box-like skeleton, the curtain 6 is installed, and at the same time, the short column 10 is extended up to the prescribed length, and afterwards, tensile force of the wire rod 5 is adjusted by using a turnbuckle 12.

However, a large-sized tent having such a structure is suitable for long-term construction because the frame is solid, but when used for temporary construction, an excessive member structure is required. However, the curtain was loosened because the curtain was supported by a rigid frame. That is, the curtain is deployed so as to cover the beam provided between the pillars from the top of the shed. However, tension is not applied to the curtain because the curtain and the member are simply locked in place. If the curtain becomes loose, there is a risk that rainwater will accumulate at that location and cause leakage.

[0004] It is an object of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide a tent which has a simple structure even if it is a large tent, does not loosen the curtain, and is free from a leak. In addition, the roof material vibration due to wind pressure is small, the construction work is not large and can be set up and withdrawn by a small number of workers, the ratio of the short side to the long side can be changed, and even if the wire size is quite large, The aim is to provide a tent that can be nervous.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a tent according to the present invention comprises four pillars for fastening a three-pronged end joint to the top and end joints of adjacent pillars. It comprises a beam to be interconnected, a wire to be stretched with a tension adjusting member interposed between end joints on a diagonal line, and a bundle to extend and contract on a crossing wire to support the curtain. It is characterized by the following.

A wire is stretched on a diagonal line connecting the pillars, and the bundle is supported while pushing up the curtain. The lower end of the curtain is supported by the beam at the same time as the lower end of the bundle is supported at the tensioned wire intersection. Since the wire can move up and down elastically, a constant tension can always be applied to the curtain via the bundle material, and sufficient tension is applied to the wire by using a tension adjusting member after stretching. This makes it difficult for the curtain to loosen.

Further, since the bundle is stretchable, the height of the bundle can be changed in accordance with the tension of the wire. That is,
Until the pillars are completely fixed, lower the height of the bundle so that it can cope with the loosened wire, and after forming the box-shaped frame of the pillars, attach the curtain to the tip of the bundle and It is easy to set up by extending the length of the wire and then adjusting the tension of the wire.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided an end joint of a tent, comprising a tube which projects through the wire so as to be detachable, and the bundle is pivotally supported at the tip of each tube so as to be foldable. And concentrate on the curtain support member or the short pillar hanging down from the curtain support member 4
The short pillar has a lower end supported at a crossing portion of the stretched wire rod.

[0009] One end of the tube is fixed to the end joint when the wire is stretched, and the fixed state is released when the tent is withdrawn. The length of the tube is appropriately determined in consideration of the angle of the diagonal members constituting the bundle and the vibration of the short columns. At the time of installation, first, a wire is attached to the end joint, the column and the beam are connected to form a box-shaped frame, and then the pipe is fixed to the end joint to adjust the tension of the wire.

[0010] Since the tube is fixed to the end joint, even if a load acts on the wire through the bundle, the amplitude of the tip of the tube is suppressed. Accordingly, since the wire can be substantially swung between the opposed pipes, an upward tension is applied to the curtain supported by the short pillars and the diagonal members, but the vibration of the roofing material due to the wind pressure is reduced.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the end joint of the tent, a hook is protruded into a concave portion for accommodating the end of the wire rod so as to be capable of changing its angle, and the rear end of the tube is stretched forward of the hook. It is characterized in that a plate that locks according to the angle is provided.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the end joint of the tent has a direction change portion that can change the direction of the wire and extend to a hook provided at a lower end of at least one pillar. A detachable wire winding device is provided near the stop. The wire has at least a diagonal length and a length from the upper part of one of the columns to the hook, and when the end of the wire is pulled down to the hook, the diagonal material is pushed upward together with the curtain.

[0014] The wire of the wire winding device is attached to the wire, and the wire is pulled in by winding the wire so that the lower end is easily pulled down to the hook. As described above, the tent according to the present invention is provided with a bundle which supports the curtain by being erected on the intersecting wire so as to be able to expand and contract, so that a constant tension is always applied to the curtain via the bundle. In addition, by using the tension adjusting member after stretching, sufficient tension can be applied to the wire, and the curtain is less likely to be loosened. In addition, since the bundle can be expanded and contracted, the height of the bundle can be changed in accordance with the tension of the wire, thereby facilitating the installation.

[0033] The tent according to the second aspect of the present invention has a pipe which is inserted and detachably protruded through the wire and an oblique member which is pivotally supported at the tip of the pipe so as to be foldable. And vibration of the roofing material due to wind pressure is reduced.

In the end joint of the tent according to the third aspect, the concave portion for accommodating the end portion of the wire is formed large so that the linearity of the wire is ensured even when the lengths of the adjacent beams are different. Safety can be improved.

Since the tent according to the fourth aspect has a wire that can extend to a hook provided at at least one lower end of the pillar, the curtain can be pushed up by pulling down the wire. In addition, since the detachable wire winding device is provided near the hook, the wire can be easily pulled down to the hook. Further, since the wire winding device can be locked to the wire only at the time of setting up and withdrawing, there is no unnecessary protrusion in the tent.
