2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, the use of underground structures such as transportation systems such as subways, commercial facilities such as underground shopping malls, and underground energy bases such as substations has been increasing day by day. In these underground structures, ventilation holes for taking in the air above the ground, exhausting to the ground, and exhausting smoke in the case of an emergency disaster are always installed on the ground surface. Also, in underground structures,
A drainage system consisting of a water collecting tank, pump, etc., is also indispensable. Rainwater that has flowed in from the ventilation openings due to normal rainfall is collected in the water collecting tank through water collecting passages, etc., and the water level in the water collecting tank is reduced. The water is drained by a pump as needed to keep it below a certain level. However, at the time of unusual flooding, such as flooding due to heavy rain or breakage of water pipes (except during normal times), a large amount of water exceeding the treatment capacity of the drainage equipment enters the underground structure from the ventilation port etc. in a short time. Since the underground structure may be flooded and cause serious damage, the above-mentioned ventilation port is temporarily closed to prevent flooding.

However, the conventional inundation prevention machine has the following problems. In the conventional flood prevention device, since the shutter member 39 is structured so as to be drawn out parallel (horizontally) with respect to the surface of the opening 31 of the ventilation port 30 and shielded, a large amount of water is flooded into the ventilation port 30. When the shutter member 39 is to be pulled out during the operation, the inflow pressure of the flooded water is vertically applied to the shutter member 39. Therefore,
In order to draw out the shutter member 39 and securely shield the opening 31, it is necessary to use the multi-stage cylinder 42 having a large driving force in consideration of not only the weight of the shutter member 39 itself but also a strong inflow pressure that is flooded. There is, therefore,
The device configuration of the waterlogging prevention machine becomes large. In addition, since the shuttering operation of the shutter member 39 is performed by an electrical command from a remote operation from the outside, the response such as the transmission of the electrical command to shield the ventilation port 30 is delayed with respect to unexpectedly generated abnormal flooding. There is also a disadvantage.

The shape of the tank 22 of the abnormal water detector 17 is preferably a shape having a constant cross-sectional area, such as the above-described rectangular parallelepiped. However, the shape is not particularly limited. Any shape that can store water is acceptable. In addition, the partition lid 16 (shutter member) described in the above embodiment.
When pulling out, an appropriate inclination angle with respect to the opening 31 surface is
Preferably, it is set to 5 degrees to 60 degrees (more preferably, a substantially intermediate value thereof). That is, as described below, the external force such as the immersion pressure of the water that is in contact with and dispersed in the inclined partition lid 16 is applied to the pull-out force (driving force) of the partition lid 16.
It is preferable that the inclination angle is larger from the viewpoint of the closing function of the partition plate 16 because the partition plate 16 can be used efficiently. or,
From the viewpoint of the device structure of the water immersion prevention device, the device can be manufactured more compactly, so that the smaller the inclination angle is, the more preferable. Therefore, a substantially intermediate value of the above-described inclination angle range is even more preferable.

As described above in detail, according to the inundation prevention device of the present invention as set forth in claim 1, the flow direction of the inundation downstream of the opening of the ventilation opening of the underground structure installed on the ground surface. In the direction inclined to the side, the shutter member that opens and closes the ventilation port can be pulled out, so that external force such as the immersion pressure of water that intrudes into the underground from the opening can be dispersed and reduced and received, and Since a part of the immersion pressure can be used as a pull-out force (driving force) of the shutter member,
Therefore, the opening and closing operation of the shutter member can be easily and reliably performed with a small driving force as compared with the related art.
Further, external force such as immersion pressure directly received by the shutter member is reduced, and therefore, the capacity of the driving device that pulls out the shutter member can be made compact, so that the device of the immersion prevention device can be downsized. Further, the shutter member is moved from above (upper left in FIG. 1) to lower (lower right in FIG. 1).
Since the water is drawn out in the direction inclined toward the downstream in the flow direction of the inundation, after confirming that the abnormal water has settled, when the shutter member is reopened (rewinding), the fallen leaves accumulated on the shutter member may be removed. The dust and the like can be directly dropped downward, so that fallen leaves and dust and the like do not get caught in the device (water immersion prevention device), and no damage occurs.

According to the pipe clamp device of the present invention, in addition to the above-mentioned effects of the water immersion prevention device of the first aspect, the device (water immersion prevention device) may be used due to a failure of the electric system. It is possible to manually open and close the shutter member even in an emergency in which automatic operation (opening and closing) is not performed.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, in addition to the above-mentioned effects of the first and second aspects of the present invention, the amount of water stored in the tank, that is, the flooding of the ventilation port is provided. Since it is possible to automatically close the shutter member based on the amount, it is possible to promptly respond to an abnormal water discharge that occurs suddenly and to prevent flooding.
