2. Description of the Related Art At present, a group of writing papers, such as notebooks and notebooks, composed of a plurality of paper pieces are bound together in one book, and in binding, one side of the paper group is bound using a ring-shaped paper binding device. These are called ring notebooks and are widely available on the market. This ring notebook is formed by forming a large number of binding holes at a predetermined pitch on the upper side or side edge of each piece of paper to be bound, and the binding holes are mainly made of metal wire or plastic coated with rust-proof coating. Alternatively, it is configured such that a wire (wire) or the like is bent through a ring-shaped member formed into a predetermined shape so as to be stapled so that the whole does not fall apart. This binding method can secure the independence of the paper pieces from each other, can maintain a double-page spread state without suppressing by hand when a required page is opened, and, during use, put the used paper piece on the back side of the desired paper piece. In order to have the convenience of inverting and superimposing, it is used in many products such as a calendar, an album, a sketchbook or a cookbook, in addition to a notebook and a notebook.

As a typical example of a conventional ring-shaped paper binding device, a single wire is bent in a zigzag shape and then bent and formed so as to be entirely cylindrical.
It is known that one wire is processed into a spiral shape. The former is called a double ring or a twin ring because the ring portion to be inserted into the binding hole becomes double, and the latter is called a spiral ring.

Conventional ring-shaped paper binding devices are mainly made of metal wire, because of the availability of materials and the fact that they are not easily crushed during use, and because of their high strength and excellent workability. Has been heavily used. However, when disposing of used notebooks, notebooks, calendars, etc., the ring-shaped paper binding device is incombustible and cannot be incinerated together with combustible materials such as paper. It has not been cleared.

However, when the above-mentioned improved VF paper binding device is put into practical use, the following problems are found to occur, and the present invention has solved this problem. is there. That is, the improved paper binding device is
As an example, since a flammable VF tape is wound around a molded core metal in a heated state and formed into a spiral shape, if it is kept at room temperature after molding, the deformed state due to heat gradually returns, and it is spirally wound. It was found that the diameter of the spiral tape became large in an attempt to restore the original flat state to the original state. That is, since VF is inherently hygroscopic, the paper binding device itself expands due to changes in the surrounding environment such as humidity and temperature, and the diameter of the spiral ring itself increases. As a result,
It has been found that there is a problem that the entire length is shortened, the end portion of the ring unwinds, and the ring main body comes off the binding hole of the paper piece.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to elucidate means capable of preventing the rewinding phenomenon as described above, and as a result of research, it has been finally found that the above-mentioned loosening has been achieved. No VF spiral ring binding device was completed. In other words, the present inventors have sought variously how to configure the VF spiral ring as described above to prevent the above-described diameter expansion phenomenon. As a result, if both ends of the ring are fixed. Even in a high-temperature, high-humidity environment, or in a situation where the initial ring length becomes shorter due to the diameter expansion even if the temperature and humidity are suddenly lowered, in other words, both ends of the ring are fixed by some means. In other words, they have found that they do not deform at all even if the environment changes, and have completed the present invention. The fixing means is not limited, but preferably, as shown in the illustrated embodiment, after bending both ends of the ring main body, a hard adhesive may be applied to the bent portion and cured. If the adhesive is soft, there is a possibility that the purpose may not be achieved. Therefore, it is possible to solidify the adhesive with a hard resin as much as possible.

The "spiral-shaped or spiral ring-shaped binding device" refers to a VF paper binding device formed into a spiral shape, and is located at a continuous long ring-shaped main body portion and at the tip of the main body. And a terminal portion. The present invention is characterized in that the distal end portion is provided with a locking portion for restraining the ring main body from being loosened from the binding hole by suppressing the diameter expansion due to the extension of the ring main body. However, there are various methods for providing the locking portion, and the method will be specifically described below. Most conveniently, the end portion of the spiral ring is folded inward to lock the return, or a retaining member having a larger outer shape than the binding hole is externally attached to the end portion. Then, if the ring main body expands and contracts with time due to an environmental change, and as a result, the locking portion exists even if the ring body tries to come out of the binding hole, the locking portion restricts the expansion and contraction of the ring main body. Thus, the ring is prevented from dropping out of the binding hole. In this way, the binding device attached to the paper sheet group is prevented from falling out of the binding hole located at the end on the paper sheet at the binding terminal portion. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the drawings.

Incidentally, a specific example of the case of manufacturing VF itself, which is a raw material of the above-mentioned spiral ring-shaped paper binding device made of VF, is briefly described as follows. First, the raw paper made from cotton rag (cotton rag) or wood pulp is immersed in a concentrated solution of zinc chloride, and is laminated to a certain layer thickness by utilizing the swelling and gelling reaction of the solution with the raw paper. It is manufactured by compressing and integrating, aging, washing with water and drying. The VF thus obtained is cut into a relatively narrow width, and then the cut VF is formed into a spiral ring shape. Generally, a cylindrical core is used, and the peripheral surface of the core is used. Is wound under a heated (heated) state to form a spiral, and when a predetermined spiral is obtained, the core is pulled out to form a spiral ring-shaped binding tool having a desired shape. It has thermoplastic properties, high tissue density, tough, hard to wear, has physical properties such as being non-chargeable, and has other flammability and excellent oil resistance In addition, by adding a pigment or a dye to the VF raw paper, there is an advantage that red, yellow, green, black, white, gray, brick colors, and the like can be freely colored.
