【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 周壁3上部に外向きフランジ4を有して
該外向きフランジ上方の周壁部分を口頸部5とする広口
の容器体1と、 上記口頸部外面へ、着脱自在に下端筒部を嵌合させた、
ピストン付きキャップ状部材11とからなり、 該キャップ状部材は、上記口頸部外面へ筒体13下部を着
脱自在に嵌合させると共に該筒体上端に付設した内向き
フランジ14を介してガイド筒15を起立する合成樹脂製の
継手筒12と、 上記ガイド筒15内へ、頂板22外周から垂下する周壁23を
摺動自在に嵌合させると共に頂板22中心に注出孔24を穿
設し、かつ該注出孔を囲んで該注出孔よりも大内径の連
結筒25を垂下する合成樹脂製握持筒21と、 上記連結筒25へ嵌合させて注出筒32を垂下し、該注出筒
下端に付設した外向きフランジを筒状ピストン33に形成
して、該筒状ピストン外周部から起立させた補強筒34上
部を上記周壁23の下部内面へ嵌着させた合成樹脂製ピス
トン部材31とで形成し、 上記筒状ピストン外周から下外方へ第1弾性シール筒35
を、かつ上外方へ第2弾性シール筒36を、それぞれ突設
して、第1弾性シール筒35を容器体口頸部の上部内面へ
嵌合させると共に第2弾性シール筒36の上端面を継手筒
部材の内向きフランジ14下面へ係合させたことを特徴と
するクリーム状物注出容器。

り握持筒21の周壁23下部を継手筒のガイド筒15上部内へ
嵌合させると共に補強筒34と筒状ピストン33および注出
筒32を継手筒12および連結筒25の所定位置へそれぞれ固
着させてピストン付きキャップ状部材11を形成し、 該キャップ状部材11の筒体13下部を容器体口頸部5外面
へ、かつ筒状ピストン33の第1弾性シール筒35を容器体
口頸部の上部内面へ、それぞれ嵌合させて形成すること
を特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載のクリーム状物注
出容器の形成方法。
