Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.固体、塊状、非エラストマー状重合体を含浸させた、連続気泡構造を有す る金属フォームからなる音響減衰性複合物品。 2.前記金属はアルミニウム、アルミニウムベース合金、チタン、チタンベー ス合金、ニッケル、ニッケルベース合金、銅、銅ベース合金、鉄、鉄ベース合金 、亜鉛、亜鉛ベース合金、鉛、鉛ベース合金、銀、銀ベース合金、金、金ベース 合金、白金、白金ベース合金、タンタル及びタンタルベース合金からなる群から 選ばれる、請求項1に記載の複合物品。 3.前記重合体はエポキシ樹脂、アクリル樹脂、硬化シリコーン樹脂、ポリウ レタン樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、ポリビニル樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂、硬化天 然ゴム、硬化合成ゴム、フェノール樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂 、ポリエステル樹脂、フルオロポリマー、ポリ(フェニレンエーテルケトン)樹 脂、ポリ(フェニレンエーテルスルホン)樹脂、ポリ(フェニレンスルフィド) 樹脂及びメラミン-ホルムアルデヒド樹脂からなる群から選ばれる、請求項1に 記載の複合物品。 4.前記金属はアルミニウムベース合金フォームである、請求項1に記載の複 合物品。 5.前記金属は銅フォーム又は銅ベース合金フォームである、請求項1に記載 の複合物品。 6.前記金属は亜鉛フォーム又は亜鉛ベース合金フォームである、請求項1に 記載の複合物品。 7.前記金属はアルミニウムフォーム又はアルミニウムベース合金フォームで ある、請求項3に記載の複合物品。 8.前記金属は銅フォーム又は銅ベース合金フォームである、請求項3に記載 の複合物品。 9.前記金属は亜鉛フォーム又は亜鉛ベース合金フォームである、請求項3に 記載の複合物品。 10.前記金属はチタンフォーム又はチタンベース合金フォームである、請 求項3に記載の複合物品。 11.前記重合体はエポキシ樹脂である、請求項1に記載の複合物品。 12.前記重合体はアクリル樹脂である、請求項1に記載の複合物品。 13.前記重合体は硬化シリコーンゴムである、請求項1に記載の複合物品。 14.前記重合体は硬化天然ゴムである、請求項1に記載の複合物品。 15.前記重合体は硬化合成非シリコーンゴムである、請求項1に記載の複合物 品。 16.前記重合体はフェノール樹脂である、請求項1に記載の複合物品。 17.前記セルは局部的に均一な直径を有する、請求項1に記載の複合物品。 18.前記金属フォームは、金属フォームに沿った少なくとも一つの方向に、気 孔寸法径の漸進的な変化を有する、請求項1に記載の複合物品。 19.前記複合物品はシートの形である、請求項1に記載の複合物品。 20.請求項19に記載のシートを多数、結合させたものからなる積層品。 21.固体、塊状重合体を含浸させた、連続気泡構造を有する金属フォームから なり、該金属フォームは、その最も小さい寸法に沿って、前記気泡の平均直径の 3倍より大きいものである音響減衰性複合物品。 22.連続気泡構造を有する金属フォームに樹脂成分を含浸させ;ついで、該樹 脂成分を前記気泡内で、塊状、固体、非エラストマー状重合樹脂に転化する工程 からなる複合体の形成方法。 23.硬化フタロニトリル重合体を含浸させた、連続気泡構造を有する金属フォ ームからなる音響減衰性複合体。 24.前記金属はアルミニウム、アルミニウムベース合金、チタン、チタンベー ス合金、ニッケル、ニッケルベース合金、銅、銅ベース合金、鉄、鉄ベース合金 、亜鉛、亜鉛ベース合金、鉛、鉛ベース合金、銀、銀ベース合金、金、金ベース 合金、白金、白金ベース合金、タンタル及びタンタルベース合金からなる群から 選ばれる、請求項23に記載の複合体。 25.前記金属フォームはアルミニウムベース合金フォームである、請求項23に 記載の複合体。 26.前記金属フォームはチタンフォーム又はチタンベース合金フォームで ある、請求項23に記載の複合体。 27.前記金属フォームは銅フォーム又は銅ベース合金フォームである、請求項 23に記載の複合体。 28.前記金属フォームは亜鉛フォーム又は亜鉛ベース合金フォームである、請 求項23に記載の複合体。 29.前記気泡は局部的に均一な直径を有する、請求項23に記載の複合体。 30.前記金属フォームは、金属フォームに沿った少なくとも一つの方向に、気 孔寸法の漸進的な変化を有する、請求項29に記載の複合体。 31.前記複合体物品はシートの形である、請求項23に記載の複合体。 32.請求項31に記載のシートを多数、結合させたものからなる積層品。 33.前記金属フォームは約5〜100孔/インチの気孔寸法と約5〜40のフォーム 密度パーセントを有する、請求項23に記載の複合体。 34.前記金属フォームは約10〜50孔/インチの気孔寸法を有する、請求項33に記 載の複合体。 35.前記金属フォームは、その最小寸法に沿って、気孔の平均孔径の1.5倍より 大きい、請求項23に記載の複合体。 36.連続気泡構造を有する金属フォームにフタロニトリル樹脂成分を含浸させ ;ついで、該フタロニトリル樹脂成分を前記連続気泡構造内で、固体、フタロニ トリル塊状重合体に転化する工程からなる複合体の形成方法。 37.前記含浸工程は前記気泡を真空下に置きついで該気泡を、真空下、前記フ タロニトリル樹脂成分と接触させることにより行う、請求項36に記載の方法。 38.前記含浸工程は前記フタロニトリル樹脂成分を、正圧下、前記気泡中に圧 入することにより行う、請求項36に記載の方法。 39.前記金属はアルミニウム、アルミニウムベース合金、チタン、-チタンベー ス合金、ニッケル、ニッケルベース合金、銅、銅ベース合金、鉄、鉄ベース合金 、亜鉛、亜鉛ベース合金、鉛、鉛ベース合金、銀、銀ベース合金、金、金ベース 合金、白金、白金ベース合金、タンタル及びタンタルベース合金からなる群から 選ばれる、請求項36に記載の方法。 40.前記金属フォームはアルミニウム又はアルミニウムベース合金である、請 求項39に記載の方法。 41.前記フォームは約5〜100孔/インチの気孔寸法と約5〜40のフォーム密度 パーセントを有する、請求項36に記載の方法。 42.前記複合体はシートである、請求項36に記載の方法。 43.同一であるか又は異なるものである、請求項42記載のシートを多数製造し ついで上記シートを結合させてる積層品を形成させる工程らなる、積層品の製造 方法。
