Background of the Invention
Compresses waste such as paper and cardboard containers to reduce their volume, storage and disposal
A bale press is known which is easy to handle. Usually, such a pre
The piston has a built-in reciprocating piston that compresses the material introduced from the inlet chute.
It has a chamber. The newly introduced material presses on the already compressed material.
A veil is formed gradually when applied. Such compression causes the material to
This is done by a choke system that locks in and prevents emissions. Of specified dimensions
Once the bale is formed, the bale is wrapped and bale-wrapped with bale wire to form the next bale.
Rule formation is started.
Known presses hold a compacted material (veil) into which newly introduced material is introduced.
A choke mechanism is provided for pressing the waste with a piston. This choke mechanism
Let's move the compressed bale for the first time when the compression pressure reaches the specified value.
Can be.
There are two basic types of known choke mechanisms. In its first form, it is usually
A single hydraulic ram standing on top of the yoke mechanism is used. For hydraulic ram
As the hydraulic ram extends downward, the walls inside the choke chamber
The scissors-like link that narrows down is activated. The base of the hydraulic ram is
A downward force may be applied to the top wall.
This type of choke mechanism is typically complicated in construction and expensive to manufacture and maintain.
In the second type of choke mechanism, each outer surface of the choke panel (one or more

Pushing in the direction approaching horizontally creates a choke effect between the choke panels
To form an area. This type of choke mechanism also has relatively high manufacturing and maintenance costs. Sa
In addition, this type of choke mechanism can be used when the choke chamber is short.
Has the inherent drawback that it is subject to spatial constraints. Misalignment of the chalk panel,
In other words, if the compression of the material varies depending on the location in the chamber,
Use becomes extremely unstable. Therefore, the veil formed by the choke mechanism is "banana

In known bale presses, to wind and tie the wire around the bale,
It has an extremely complicated wire binding mechanism. A typical wire binding mechanism is
Have a complex traversing guide loaded with the wire, the wire passes through this guide,
A needle (hook the wire and pull it around to wrap it) passes through the side of the wire
When passing, move the wire sideways. The swing guide loaded by the spring
The bale is tied back and hooked to the needle to bind the veil.
It is an object of the present invention to overcome the above problems and at least provide the user with a useful choice.

I do.
Known wire binding mechanisms are used to ensure that the needle 23 hooks the wire.
It usually has complex wire guides, traversing mechanisms, and sensors. Above
In the press, each wire passes through the pipeline, so such a complicated mechanism
Is unnecessary.
As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, each wire 20 is in a conduit 22 respectively.
Therefore, at the outlet of each conduit 22, the position of each wire is within the range of the inner diameter of the conduit 22.
Within.
When the needle 23 is pulled down, the wire 22 is pressed against the inclined surface 23A at the tip of the needle 23.
(To the right in FIG. 3A). When the needle 23 descends to the bottom, each wire
20 is returned to its original state by the tension and hooked into the concave portion 23B of the needle 23. Hooked
Each of the wires 20 pulled up together with the needle 23 is connected to each of the wires 21.
Each wire 20 is located within a horizontal distance corresponding to the inner diameter of conduit 22 (FIG. 3A).
For. Each wire 20 is always engaged with the inclined surface 23A of the needle point and hooked to the needle.
. This simple and reliable configuration allows for the traditional complex wire supply and
Eliminating the traversing mechanism reduces manufacturing and maintenance costs.
As shown in FIG. 4, a compression plate (plate) constituting a part of a piston mechanism (not shown)
n) 25 is used to compress and bale the material. Bundled on the compression plate 25
A vertical through hole 26 for passing the needle 23 in the process is formed. The through hole 26 is pressure

mm), the material (flat cardboard or paper) slides across the groove on the piston surface.
The material moves into the groove and impedes the passage of the needle 23.
As a preferred form of the compression plate 25, lips 27 are formed on both edges of the groove 26.
The lip 27 is formed along both open edges of the groove and is a protruding edge, which is
Material that slides along the groove is diverted away from the opening to allow the material to enter the groove 26.

While some embodiments of the present invention have been described above, those skilled in the art will appreciate that
This can be improved without departing from the scope of.
For example, the chalk panel shown in FIG.
The choke panel plate shown in FIG.
It can be on both sides.
Further, as a further improvement, a hard bottom is provided on the bottom surface of the chamber of the bale press 10.
Wear-resistant side rails can be provided. With this side rail,
The wear of the bottom surface of the load chamber due to the reciprocating movement of the ton can be prevented.
Furthermore, the side rails can be easily exchangeable.
A sensor that detects the coil generated at the end of the wire can be provided,
Inform the person that the wire tip needs to be modified.
Flat cardboard may slip under the compression plate. To avoid this problem
Therefore, the floor of the compression chamber can be corrugated. In some embodiments,
Three flat steel strips with a width of about 65mm and a thickness of about 10mm are placed on the floor of the chamber 11.
They are arranged in parallel at an interval. The three steel strips are arranged below the groove 26 of the compression plate.
Is good. Correspondingly, a recess for accommodating the flat bar is formed at the bottom of the compression plate 25.
Is done. As a result, the floor surface becomes a rampart-shaped uneven cross section, and the pressure on the floor surface of the chamber is reduced.
Flat cardboard does not get caught between the contracted plate. As a modification to this,
Forming several circular sections (diameter of about 12 mm) on the floor along the longitudinal direction,
The floor can also be corrugated.
