Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 液化重合体を繊維構造体に変換させるための装置であって、 (a)実質的に平坦な析出電極と; (b)液化重合体を該析出電極に対して第一電位まで帯電させるための機構と ; (c)液化重合体の少なくとも一つのジェットを該第一電位によって該析出電 極に引きつけさせるのに十分に高い曲率の表面を該液化重合体上に形成させるた めの機構と;を含む上記装置。 2. 該析出電極が、高い曲率の表面を形成させるための上記機構を通過するよ うに動作する請求項1に記載の装置。 3. 該析出電極がベルトを含む請求項2に記載の装置。 4. 該高い曲率の表面を形成させるための機構が少なくとも1個のノズルを含 む請求項1に記載の装置。 5. 該高い曲率の表面を形成させるための機構が、液化重合体により湿潤され る材料で製造された少なくとも1個の突起を含み、該少なくとも1個の突起が該 高い曲率の表面がその上に形成されるリム部を含む請求項1に記載の装置。 6. 該少なくとも1個の突起がホイールのリム部に配置され、該先端が該ホイ ールから放射状に外側に向いている請求項5に記載の装置。 7. さらに、(d)液化重合体を保持するための浴を含み、 該少なくとも1個の突起が該浴内を往復運動するように動作し、該液化重合体 のジェットが析出電極に対して該少なくとも1個の突起の最も近い流路で形成さ れるようにした、請求項5に記載の装置。 8. さらに、(d)該析出電極と該高い曲率の表面を形成させるための機構と の中間にある追加の電極を含む請求項1に記載の装置。 9. 該追加の電極が、該液化重合体の少なくとも1個のジェットが該析出電極 に向けて出現する開口を有するプレートを、該高い曲率の表面を形成させるため の機構と対向して含む請求項8に記載の装置。 10. さらに、(d)エーロゾルを、該第一電位と符号が反対である、析出電 極に対する第二電位で該析出電極に供給するように動作するエーロゾル発生器を 含む請求項1に記載の装置。 11. 該エーロゾル発生器が (i)圧力室と、 (ii)該圧力室と該析出電極との間の間仕切りと、 を含み、該圧力室と該間仕切りが、該第二電位によって該析出電極に引きつけら れる充填剤粉末を流動化させるように共働している請求項10に記載の装置。 12. 該エーロゾル発生器がスロットスプレーヤーを含む請求項10に記載の 装置。 13. 重合体を不織繊維構造体に成形するにあたり、 (a)重合体を液化させて液化重合体を生成させ、 (b)実質的に平坦な析出電極を提供し、 (c)該液化重合体を該析出電極に対して第一電位まで帯電させ、 (d)液化重合体の少なくとも一つのジェットを該第一電位によって該析出電 極に引きつけさせるのに十分に高い曲率の表面を該液化重合体上に形成させ、こ れにより該析出電極上に不織繊維構造体を形成させる工程を含む、重合体を不織 繊維構造体に成形するための方法。 14. 該液化が重合体を溶媒に溶解して重合体溶液を生成させることによって 実施される請求項13に記載の方法。 15. さらに、(e)該高い曲率の表面の最も近くに該溶媒の蒸気を与える工 程を含む請求項14に記載の方法。 16. さらに、(e)該重合体溶液にアミン塩、ポリオキシアルキレン及び界 面活性剤よりなる群から選択される添加剤を添加する工程を含む請求項14に記 載の方法。 17. 該高い曲率の表面の形成が該液化重合体をノズルから出現するようにさ せることによって実施され、該高い曲率の表面が該液化重合体のメニスカスであ る請求項13に記載の方法。 18. 該高い曲率の表面の形成が先端を有する突起を該液化重合体により湿潤 させることによって実施され、該高い曲率の表面が該先端に接した該液化重合体 の表面である請求項13に記載の方法。 19. さらに、(e)該析出電極を、不織繊維構造体が該析出電極上にシート として形成されるように移動させる工程を含む請求項13に記載の方法。 20. さらに、(e)該高い曲率の表面を振動させる工程を含む請求項13に 記載の方法。 21. 該振動を約5000Hz〜約30,000Hzの周波数で実施する請求 項20に記載の方法。 22. さらに、(e)充填剤粉末を該収集装置の表面に対して第二電位まで帯 電させ、該第二電位は該第一電位と符号が反対であり、これによって帯電粒子を 生じさせ、 (f)不織繊維構造体を該析出電極上で該帯電粉末に露呈し、これによって該 帯電粉末を不織繊維構造体に引きつける工程を含む請求項13に記載の方法。 23. 該液化重合体が該析出電極に対して負に帯電され、該帯電粉末が該析出 電極に関して正に帯電される請求項22に記載の方法。
