Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の層、第2の層、並びにそれらの間にあり、該第1の層及び該第2の層 を一体的に連結する移行帯を有する吸収性複合体において、 該第1の層が、疎水性繊維及びバインダーを含み、 該第2の層が、バインダー並びに親水性繊維、疎水性繊維及びそれらの混合物 からなる群から選択される繊維を含み、並びに 該移行帯が、1の層から他の層へ延出する繊維を含む吸収性複合体。 2.前記第1の層の繊維が、前記第2の層へ延出する請求の範囲第1項の複合体 。 3.前記第2の層の繊維が、前記第1の層へ延出する請求の範囲第1項の複合体 。 4.前記第1の層が、前記第2の層と実質的に共通に広がる請求の範囲第1項の 複合体。 5.前記移行帯が、少なくとも1層と実質的に共通に広がる請求の範囲第1項の 複合体。 6.前記第1の層が、実質的に均質な請求の範囲第1項の複合体。 7.前記第2の層が、実質的に均質な請求の範囲第1項の複合体。 8.前記第1の層が、前記第2の層よりも大きい細孔サイズを有する請求の範囲 第1項の複合体。 9.前記第1の層が、約0.01ないし約0.3g/cm3の範囲の密度を有す る請求の範囲第1項の複合体。 10.前記第2の層が、約0.03ないし約0.5g/cm3の範囲の密度を有す る請求の範囲第1項の複合体。 11.前記第1の層が、約10ないし約100グラムの範囲の坪量を有する請求の 範囲第1項の複合体。 12.前記第2の層が、約10ないし約500グラムの範囲の坪量を有する請求の 範囲第1項の複合体。 13.前記疎水性繊維が、天然繊維、合成繊維及びそれらの混合物からなる群から 選択される請求の範囲第1項の複合体。 14.前記合成繊維が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維、ポリエチレン繊維、ポ リプロピレン繊維、ナイロン繊維、ラテックス繊維及びレーヨン繊維からなる群 から選択される請求の範囲第13項の複合体。 15.前記天然繊維が、綿繊維、ウール繊維、木材パルプ繊維、藁繊維及びケナフ (keaf)繊維からなる群から選択されるセルロース繊維である請求の範囲第7項の 複合体。 16.前記バインダーが、繊維状結合材料である請求の範囲第1項の複合体。 17.前記繊維状結合材料が、二成分結合繊維を含む請求の範囲第10項の複合体。 18.前記バインダーが、湿潤強度補強剤を含む請求の範囲第1項の複合体。 19.前記第1の層が、約0.25ないし約1.5インチの長さを有する繊維を含 む請求の範囲範囲第1項の複合体。 20.前記第1の層が、約5ないし約20デニールを有する繊維を含む請求の範囲 第1項の複合体。 21.前記第1の層が、クリンプされた繊維を含む請求の範囲第1項の複合体。 22.前記クリンプされた繊維が、1インチ当たり約5ないし約15クリンプを有 する繊維を含む請求の範囲第21項の複合体。 23.前記クリンプされた繊維が、前記層中の全繊維重量の50ないし100%の 量に、前記層中に存在する請求の範囲第21項の複合体。 24.前記親水性繊維が、セルロース繊維を含む請求の範囲第1項の複合体。 25.前記親水性繊維が、架橋セルロース繊維を含む請求の範囲第1項の複合体。 26.前記親水性繊維が、化学−熱機械パルプ繊維を含む請求の範囲第1項の複合 体。 27.前記第2の層が、超吸収ポリマー材料をさらに含む請求の範囲第1項の複合 体。 28.前記複合体が、発泡プロセスにより形成される請求の範囲第1項の複合体。 29.前記複合体が、ウエットレイドプロセスにより形成される請求の範囲第1項 の複合体。 30.前記複合体が、エアーレイドプロセスにより形成される請求の範囲第1項の 複合体。 31.第1の層、第2の層、並びにそれらの間にあり、該第1の層及び該第2の層 を一体的に連結する移行帯を有する吸収性複合体において、 該第1の層が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維及び二成分結合繊維を含み、 該第2の層が、架橋セルコース繊維及び二成分繊維を含み、並びに 該移行帯が、1の層から他の層へ延出する繊維を含む吸収性複合体。 32.第1の層、第2の層、並びにそれらの間にあり、該第1の層及び該第2の層 を一体的に連結する移行帯を有する吸収性複合体において、 該第1の層が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維及び二成分結合繊維を含み、 該第2の層が、架橋セルロース繊維及び湿潤強度補強剤を含み、並びに 該移行帯が、1の層から他の層へ延出する繊維を含む吸収性複合体。 33.第1の発泡形成層、第2の発泡形成層、並びにそれらの間にあり、該第1の 層及び該第2の層を一体的に連結する移行帯を有する吸収性複合体において、 該第1の発泡形成層が、疎水性繊維及びバインダーを含み、 該第2の発泡形成層が、親水性繊維及びバインダーを含み、並びに 該移行帯が、1の層から他の層へ延出する繊維を含む吸収性複合体。 34.第1の層、第2の層、並びにそれらの間にあり、該第1の層及び該第2の層 を一体的に連結する移行帯を有する吸収性複合体を含有する吸収性物品において 、 該第1の層が、疎水性繊維及びバインダーを含み、 該第2の層が、バインダー、並びに親水性繊維、疎水性繊維及びそれらの混合 物からなる群から選択される繊維を含み、並びに 該移行帯が、1の層から他の層へ延出する繊維を含む吸収性物品。 35.(a)液体透過性トップシート、 (b)第1の層、第2の層、並びにそれらの間にあり、該第1の層及び該第 2の層を一体的に連結する移行帯を有する吸収性複合体であって、 該第1の層が、疎水性繊維及びバインダーを含み、 該第2の層が、バインダー並びに親水性繊維、疎水性繊維及びそれら の混合物からなる群から選択される繊維を含み、並びに 該移行帯が、1の層から他の層へ延出する繊維を含む吸収性複合体、 並びに (c)液体非透過性バックシート を含む吸収性物品。 36.(a)液体透過性トップシート、 (b)第1の層、第2の層、並びにそれらの間にあり、該第1の層及び該第 2の層を一体的に連結する移行帯を有する吸収性複合体であって、 該第1の層が、疎水性繊維及びバインダーを含み、 該第2の層が、バインダー、並びに親水性繊維、疎水性繊維及びそれ らの混合物からなる群から選択される繊維を含み、並びに 該移行帯が、1の層から他の層へ延出する繊維を含む吸収性複合体、 (c)吸収性繊維状材料を含む貯蔵層、並びに (d)液体非透過性バックシート を含む吸収性物品。 37.(a)液体透過性トップシート、 (b)第1の層、第2の層、並びにそれらの間にあり、該第1の層及び該第 2の層を一体的に連結する移行帯を有する吸収性複合体であって、 該第1の層が、疎水性繊維及びバインダーを含み、 該第2の層が、バインダー、並びに親水性繊維、疎水性繊維及びそれら の混合物からなる群から選択される繊維を含み、並びに 該移行帯が、1の層から他の層へ延出する繊維を含む吸収性複合体、 (c)吸収性繊維状材料を含む貯蔵層、 (d)前記吸収性複合体及び前記貯蔵層の間に介在する中間層、並びに (e)液体非透過性バックシート を含む吸収性物品。 38.前記中間層が、液体透過性ティッシュを含む請求の範囲第37項の吸収性物品 。 39.前記中間層が、分配層を含む請求の範囲第37項の吸収性物品。 40.前記分配層が、親水性繊維及びバインダーを含む請求の範囲第39項の吸収性 物品。 41.前記親水性繊維が、架橋セルロース繊維を含む請求の範囲第40項の吸収性物 品。 42.前記架橋セルロース繊維が、架橋ユーカリ樹繊維を含む請求の範囲第41項の 吸収性物品。 43.前記分配層が、超吸収ポリマー材料を更に含む請求の範囲第39項の吸収性物 品。 44.前記物品が、女性ケアー製品である請求の範囲第35項の吸収性物品。 45.前記物品が、オムツである請求の範囲第36項の吸収性物品。 46.前記物品が、失禁製品である請求の範囲第38項の吸収性物品。 47.前記物品が、オムツである請求の範囲第39項の吸収性物品。 48.一体化積層複合体を形成するための方法であって、 疎水性繊維及びバインダーを合わせ、第1の繊維状混合物を提供する工程、 バインダー、並びに親水性繊維、疎水性繊維及びそれらの混合物からなる群か ら選択される繊維を合わせ、第2の繊維状混合物を提供する工程、 有孔支持体上の該第1の繊維状混合物上に該第2の繊維状混合物を沈着させ、 積層繊維状複合体を提供する工程であって、該第2の繊維状混合物の沈着により 、該第1の繊維状混合物の繊維及び該第2の繊維状混合物の繊維がある程度混合 される工程、並びに 該積層繊維状複合体を加熱し、該繊維とバインダーとの間の熱結合を行い、一 体化積層複合体を提供する工程 を具備する方法。 49.前記第1の繊維状混合物が、水性スラリーである請求の範囲第48項の方法。 50.前記第2の繊維状混合物が、水性スラリーである請求の範囲第48項の方法。 51.前記積層繊維状複合体から水を排除する工程を更に具備する請求の範囲第49 項の方法。 52.前記疎水性繊維が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維、ポリエチレン繊維、 ポリプロピレン繊維、ナイロン繊維、ラテックス繊維及びレーヨン繊維からなる 群から選択される合成繊維である請求の範囲第48項の方法。 53.前記親水性繊維が、セルロース繊維である請求の範囲第48項の方法。 54.前記セルロース繊維が、架橋セルロース繊維である請求の範囲第53項の方法 。 55.前記バインダーが、多成分結合繊維である請求の範囲第48項の方法。 56.前記第1の繊維状混合物及び前記第2の繊維状混合物が、前記有孔支持体上 に実質的に同時に沈着される請求の範囲第48項の方法。 57.前記第1の繊維状混合物が、オフセットヘッドボックスにより沈着される請 求の範囲第48項の方法。 58.前記第2の繊維状混合物が、オフセットヘッドボックスにより沈着される請 求の範囲第48項の方法。 59.前記有孔支持体が、形成網である請求の範囲第48項の方法。 60.前記第1及び第2の繊維状混合物の繊維の混合が、前記有孔支持体に真空を 適用することにより高められる請求の範囲第48項の方法。 61.一体化積層複合体を形成するための方法であって、 疎水性繊維及びバインダーを合わせ、第1の繊維状混合物を提供する工程、 バインダー、並びに親水性繊維、疎水性繊維及びそれらの混合物からなる群か ら選択される繊維を合わせ、第2の繊維状混合物を提供する工程、 有孔支持体上に該第2の繊維状混合物を沈着させる工程、 有孔支持体上の該第2の繊維上混合物上に該第1の繊維状混合物を沈着させる 工程であって、該第1の繊維状混合物の沈着により、該第2の繊維状混合物の繊 維及び該第1の繊維状混合物の繊維がある程度混合される工程、並びに 該積層繊維状複合体を加熱し、該繊維とバインダーとの間の熱結合を行い、一 体化積層複合体を提供する工程 を具備する方法。
