Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(1)脂環式部分を含むポリエステルポリオール45〜99重量%および (2)環式部分を含むポリウレタンポリオール55〜1重量% を含み、ただし、ポリウレタンポリオールのTgはポリエステルポリオールのT gより高いところのフィルム形成性バインダー。 2.ポリエステルポリオールのTgが−20〜20℃の範囲であり、ポリウレタンポ リオールのTgが10〜100℃の範囲である、請求項1に記載のフィルム形成性バ インダー。 3.ポリウレタンポリオールのTgとポリエステルポリオールのTgとの間のT gの差が少なくとも10℃である、請求項1〜2のいずれか一つに記載のフィルム 形成性バインダー。 4.50〜95重量%のポリエステルポリオールおよび50〜5重量%のポリウレタン ポリオールを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のフィルム形成性バイン ダー。 5.ポリエステルポリオールが分岐している、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記 載のフィルム形成性バインダー。 6.ポリエステルポリオールが、 (a)少なくとも一つの脂環式ポリカルボン酸またはその誘導体、 (b)少なくとも一つのC3-12トリオール、および (c)任意的な、1以上のモノアルコール、ポリオール、芳香族ポリカルボン酸 、非環式脂肪族ポリカルボン酸、モノカルボン酸またはモノカルボン酸のグリシ ジルエステルの反応生成物である、請求項5に記載のフィルム形成性バインダー 。 7.脂環式ポリカルボン酸が無水ヘキサヒドロフタル酸、1,4−シクロヘキサン ジカルボン酸およびそれらの混合物の群から選択される、請求項6に記載のフィ ルム形成性バインダー。 8.トリオールがトリメチロールエタン、トリメチロールプロパン、グリセロー ル、1,2,6−ヘキサントリオールおよびそれらの混合物の群から選択される、請 求項6および7のいずれか一つに記載のフィルム形成性バインダー。 9.非環式脂肪族ポリカルボン酸とポリカルボン酸の総量とのモル比が0.3:1 未満であり、脂環式ポリカルボン酸とポリカルボン酸の総量とのモル比が0.3: 1〜1:1の範囲である、請求項6、7および8のいずれか一つに記載のフィル ム形成性バインダー。 10.ヒドロキシル価が350より下であるポリウレタンポリオールが、少なくと も一つの2〜5官能性環式ポリイソシアネートおよび少なくとも一つのポリアル コールおよび任意的な他のモノマーの反応生成物である、請求項1〜9のいずれ か一つに記載のフィルム形成性バインダー。 11.環式ポリイソシアネートが、イソホロンジイソシアネートのイソシアヌレ ート三量体、メチレンビス(4−シ クロヘキシルイソシアネート)、および3モルのm−テトラメチルキシレンジイ ソシアネートと1モルのトリメチロールプロパンとの反応生成物の群から選択さ れる、請求項10に記載のフィルム形成性バインダー。 12.請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載のフィルム形成性バインダーおよび 架橋剤を含むコーティング組成物。 13.固体に基づいて20〜80重量%の架橋剤を含む、請求項12に記載のコーテ イング組成物。 14.架橋剤がポリイソシアネートの群から選択される、請求項12および13 のいずれか一つに記載のコーティング組成物。 15.架橋剤が、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートのビウレット、ヘキサメチレ ンジイソシアネートのウレトジオン(uretdion)二量体、ヘキサメチレンジイソ シアネートのアロファネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートのイソシアヌレ ート三量体、イソホロンジイソシアネートのイソシアヌレート三量体、3モルの m−テトラメチルキシレンジイソシアネートと1モルのトリメチロールプロパン との付加物、3モルのトルエンジイソシアネートと1モルのトリメチロールプロ パンとの付加物およびそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項14に記載のコー ティング組成物。 16.フィルム形成性バインダーと架橋剤とを反応させることを含む、請求項12 〜15のいずれか一つに記載のコーティング組成物を硬化させる方法。 17.フィルム形成性バインダーと架橋剤とを0℃〜80℃ で反応させることを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。 18.請求項12〜15のいずれか一つに記載のコーティング組成物をクリアコー トまたは着色されたトップコートとして使用する方法。 19.請求項12〜15のいずれか一つに記載のコーティング組成物を自動車の上 塗り用途に使用する方法。 20.請求項12〜15のいずれか一つに記載のコーティング組成物を自動車のコ ーティング用途に使用する方法。
