- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.無機分子構造及び物質の塗布及び熱処理により得られた表面被膜を有する支 持体材料において、表面被膜は、その最上の分子層中で支持体材料の無機分子及 び塗布された物質の有機分子が結合していることより成っていることを特徴とす る、無機分子構造及び表面被膜を有する支持体材料。 2.塗布された物質は珪素分子を含有し、表面被膜は、外側に向いた少なくとも 一つの分子層に珪素と結合した有機官能性の分子基を有することを特徴とする、 請求項1に記載の表面被膜を有する支持体材料。 3.有機官能性分子基は、疎水性及び/又は疎油性及び/又は疎自性であること を特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の表面被膜を有する支持体材料。 4.取り付けられる又は取り込まれる分子基は、1以上のブロックからなるポリ マー又はオリゴマーであり、この際、ブロックは、有機官能性分子基を有する珪 素及び酸素を介して結合された珪素官能性の分子基を含有し、これらは相互に及 び/又は支持体材料と反応し、かつ/又は結合していることを特徴とする、請求 項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の表面被膜を有する支持体材料。 5.支持体材料として、金属、ガラス、セラミックが 用いられており、塗布された物質はシリコン含有物質であることを特徴とする、 請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の表面被膜を有する支持体材料。 6.塗布すべき物質の支持体材料として、付加的なガラス−又はセラミック皮膜 を有する特殊鋼が使用されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか 1項記載の表面被膜を有する支持体材料。 7.無機支持体材料上にシリコン様ネットワークを有する有機物質を塗布し、引 き続きこの支持体材料を、塗布された物質と一緒に熱処理し、その際、熱処理の 時間及び温度を、過剰の有機物質が分解し又は蒸発するまで、かつ同時に、その 際に有機物質の分子が相互に架橋結合し、かつ同様に支持体材料の分子と塗布さ れた物質の分子が結合する反応が起こり、最上の分子層中に、支持体材料の分子 と塗布された物質の分子とからの新しいネットワークが生じるように、選択し、 これにより支持体材料上に、新しい耐熱性で耐分解性の被膜を生じさせることを 特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の表面被膜を有する支持体材 料の製法。 8.支持体材料上に有機物質を塗布した後に、塗布された物質の層圧及び種類に 依存して、熱処理を開始する前に、有機物質の分子と支持体材料の反応性の付着 補助性分子基との架橋を行うように、作用時間を設定することを特徴とする、請 求項7に記載の表 面被膜を有する支持体材料の製法。 9.特殊鋼製の無機支持体材料の使用の際に、差し当たり、有機物質にシリコン 様ネットワークを施す前に、透明なガラス−又はセラミック層を塗布することを 特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の表面被膜を有する支持体材料の製法。 10.有機物質の許容範囲の使用温度よりも高い温度で熱処理を実施することを 特徴とする、請求項7から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 11.周囲の処理室中での有機層の塗布の間の温度は、有機物質の許容範囲の使 用温度を下まわって低下させないことを特徴とする、請求項7から10のいずれ か1項に記載の方法。 12.有機物質を、固体又は液体状の凝集体状態からガス状に移行させ、その分 解温度よりも高い又は低い温度にし、引き続き、支持体材料上に塗布することを 特徴とする、請求項7から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 13.ガス状の有機物質を熱い処理室内に分散させ、そこで、蒸発させ、かつ支 持体材料上で凝縮させることを特徴とする、請求項7から12のいずれか1項に 記載の方法。 14.有機物質を、支持体材料及び/又は処理室の温度より低い又はそれと同じ 温度で処理室内に入れることを特徴とする、請求項7から13のいずれか1 項に記載の方法。 15.有機物質を、その分解温度よりも下回る温度で支持体材料と接触させ、引 き続き、双方をより高い温度で処理することを特徴とする、請求項7から14の いずれか1項に記載の方法。 16.熱処理の間の温度は、300〜700℃であることを特徴とする、請求項 7から15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 17.ガラス、セラミック、金属及び琺瑯製の表面を有する家庭用電気器具、調 理器具及びそれらの部材のための、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の表面 被膜を有する支持体材料及び/又は請求項7から16のいずれか1項に記載の方 法の使用下に得られた被膜を有する支持体材料の使用。 18.全ての種類の家事器具の特殊鋼面及び/又はガラスドア及びこれら家事器 具の作業仕切り板、ガラスセラミック製の調理器、琺瑯引き板又は特殊鋼製の料 理容器又は焼きオーブンのための、請求項17に記載の表面被膜を有する支持体 材料の使用。 19.選択可能で制御可能な再生プロセスを設け、それにより、残分、例えば表 面被膜上の清浄化剤残分を、200〜400℃の温度での熱処理により作用する 工程で除去することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載のオーブンを有するレンジ を操作する方法。 20.本発明により変性された被膜形成を、熱分解工 程の間に行うことを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の熱分解工程を用いてレンジ を操作する方法。
