According to the above mounting structure, the rainwater that has entered from the vertical joint 58 or the horizontal joint 59 on the outdoor side of the panel 51 is formed by the back surface 51a of one panel 51 and the front surface 51b of the other panel 51. Even if it gets into the mating portion joined in the thickness direction, it is received by the backing 51a, and rainwater does not enter the indoor side.

In this conventional example, the back nails 51a of the panel 51 are arranged so as to abut on the same plane at the abutting portion 62, so that two nails 61 are provided in the width direction of the narrow stud 53 having a width of about 30 mm. Since there is no room for driving, the nail 61 is driven in through the wide rim 55 and fixed.

Further, the nailing position and the vertical joint 58 and the horizontal joint 59 are shifted so that the rainwater which has entered from the vertical joint 58 or the horizontal joint 59 between the panels 51 does not enter the nail 61 driving position. Since it is necessary to drive the nail 61 near the center position 53a of the torso 55 and the stud 53 in the state, the positions of the vertical joint 58 and the center position 53a of the stud 53 are shifted by a predetermined distance as shown in FIG. Panel 51 is allocated in this state.

Further, as in the first and second prior art examples,
When the rim 55 is attached between the 52 and the studs 53 and the panel 51 to form a ventilation layer on the back side of the panel 51, the rim 55 is set in the height direction with respect to the total number of the pillars 52 and the studs 53. Although it is attached continuously, as shown in FIG. 13, when there is an opening 63 such as a window frame sash, predetermined sides are formed from upper and lower ends of the opening 63 so that air can flow through the side surface of the opening 63. Is attached to the body edge 55 at a position separated by the distance L of the above.

However, in the first and second prior arts described above, in order to form a ventilation layer on the back side of the panel 51, a separate member is provided between the panel 52 or the stud 53 and the panel 51. Since the body edge 55 was interposed, the body edge 55 was required in the entire height direction corresponding to the total number of the pillars 52 and the studs 53, the number of parts increased, the parts cost increased, and the number of construction steps increased. Therefore, there was a problem that the construction period became long.

Particularly, as shown in FIG. 13, at the upper and lower ends of the opening 63, the length of the trunk 55 and the mounting position are restricted, so that the construction work is troublesome. In addition, the trunk edge 55 is a long member and is a pillar 52.
There is a limit to the lateral (horizontal) ventilation performance because the ventilation layer is attached along the stud 53 and the ventilation layer is formed by being partitioned in the height direction.

Further, in the first conventional example shown in FIG. 10, since the concave portion 51c of the shell 51b of the wall panel 51 needs to be post-processed, the production efficiency of the wall panel 51 is low.

In the second conventional example shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the nails 61 are juxtaposed in the horizontal direction at the abutting portions 62 of the backs 51a of the panels 51 adjacent in the horizontal direction. The nail 61 could not be directly driven into the narrow stud 53 having a width of about 30 mm to be fixed, and it was necessary to fix the stud 53 through a trunk 55 wider than the stud 53.

The left end portion of the panel 51 is joined only to the back 51a of the other panel 51 and is not particularly fixed, so that there is no resistance against wind pressure or warpage of the material. In addition, there is a possibility that unevenness and distortion may occur.

Further, since the distance from the front surface of the panel 51 toward the room side is the same, the mounting of the plurality of panels 51 causes the rear members 51a to abut each other. Could not stop infiltration water from the vertical joint 58 and the horizontal joint 59, and there was a risk of water leaking to the indoor side.

Also, a predetermined distance is provided between the positions of the vertical joints 58 and the horizontal joints 59 and the driving positions of the nails 61 so that rainwater that has entered from the vertical joints 58 and the horizontal joints 59 does not enter the driving positions of the nails 61. It is necessary to provide a distance. On the other hand, if the nail 61 is not driven into the vicinity of the center position 53a of the stud 53, an appropriate fixing strength of the panel 51 cannot be secured, so that the vertical joint 58 is positioned at the center position of the stud 53. Since the arrangement is shifted by a predetermined distance from 53a, the arrangement of the panel 51 with respect to the columns 52 and the studs 53 is shifted, and the allocation work is complicated.

[0023] Further, a plurality of base materials are provided in accordance with the joining positions of the underlap portions of the panels, and the joint position between the panels and the center position of the base material coincide with the joint positions of the panels. When nails or screws for fixing the panel are fixed at positions avoiding joints, even when the joint positions of the panels and the center position of the base material are matched, the center position of the base material is close to the center position of the base material. It is possible to secure a fixing margin fixed by a nail or a screw at a position where the joint is avoided, and it is possible to reliably fix the panel to the base material with the nail or the screw while avoiding the joint between the panels.

Also, joints between the underlap portions of the panel are provided at the left and right ends of the same panel, and nails or screws for fixing the joints at the left and right ends of the same panel are fixed in the horizontal direction. If the separation distance is configured to be smaller than the separation distance between the center positions of the base materials disposed at the joining positions of the left and right ends of the same panel, the underlap portions at the left and right ends of the same panel ,
At the joint of the left and right ends of the panel adjacent to each other in the left-right direction with the underlap portion, even when the joint positions of the panels are aligned with the center position of the base material, even near the center position of the base material. In addition, the nail or screw fixing position can be distributed to the left and right at the position where the joints between the panels are avoided, and the nail or screw can be reliably fixed.

Further, the horizontal separation distance between one panel fixed to the base material at the joint between the underlap portions of the panels and the nail or screw fixing each of the other panels is set to be different from each other. In the case where the base material is configured to be smaller than the width of the base material, the joint position between the panels and the center position of the base material are made to coincide with each other at the joint between the underlap portions of the adjacent panels. Even in the state, the underlap portion of one panel is on the same base material near the center position of the base material and at a position avoiding joints between panels,
Each of the underlap portions of the other panel can be securely fixed with nails or screws.

[0086] In the case where the conventional "actual, reciprocal structure" is formed by press molding, the material density tends to be different due to the non-uniform cross-sectional thickness, and stable molding is difficult.
According to the above-described embodiment different from the “actually determined structure”, since the cross-sectional thickness can be made constant, stable production can be performed without a difference in material density.

Further, in the case of the “actually determined structure”, the size cannot be made too long from the viewpoint of strength because the thickness is smaller than the thickness of the panel body, and therefore, the waterproof performance is not improved. However, in the case of the above-described embodiment, it is easy to not only solve the problem of strength because the cross-sectional thickness is constant, but also to take a sufficient length for waterproof performance.
