Claims (1)
この固定部材に頂部側から挿入して軸部が端部リング内
を貫通する取付け軸と、固定部材に裏面側から挿入して
取付け軸と締結する固定ボルトとからなり、前記固定部
材が、硬質材料を用いて頂部が略半球状の軸状に形成さ
れ、この固定部材に、鎖の端部リングを挿入するため外
周面の一部で開口するように形成した横孔と、取付け軸
の頭部が納まるよう該固定部材の軸方向に沿って頂部か
ら横孔に達するように形成した頭部収納孔と、取付け軸
の軸部が納まるよう横孔から固定部材の裏面に貫通する
よう形成した軸部収納孔とを設け、上記取付け軸の軸部
を、鎖の端部リングが軸部の軸心を中心とする所定角度
の範囲での回動に制限するように形成し、この取付け軸
の軸部に固定ボルトの螺合孔を設けた鎖の固定装置。1. A fixing member for inserting an end ring of a chain;
The fixing member comprises a mounting shaft inserted from the top side and a shaft portion penetrating through the end ring, and a fixing bolt inserted into the fixing member from the back side and fastened to the mounting shaft. Using a material, the top is formed in a substantially hemispherical shaft shape, a lateral hole formed in this fixing member so as to open at a part of the outer peripheral surface for inserting the end ring of the chain, and a head of the mounting shaft. A head receiving hole formed to reach the lateral hole from the top along the axial direction of the fixing member so as to accommodate the portion, and a penetrating hole formed from the lateral hole to the back surface of the fixing member to accommodate the shaft portion of the mounting shaft. A shaft receiving hole, wherein the shaft of the mounting shaft is formed so that the end ring of the chain is restricted to rotate within a predetermined angle around the axis of the shaft. A chain fixing device in which a screw hole for a fixing bolt is provided on a shaft portion of the chain.
