The oscillation engaging body 51 is oscillated between a first position where the engaging body does not engage the engaging member 50 when the device body 10 is put into the horizontal placement state by its own weight and a second position where the engaging body engages the same when the device body is put into the vertical placement state. The oscillation engaging body thus functions as a hinge only during this engagement.
