Mainly, wash out dust and mist. Therefore, it is an important point to wet the entire surface of the electrode plate completely, and it is necessary to wet the electrode portion far from the spray nozzles 59 and 61.

The necessity of such a large amount of washing water is problematic in terms of cost, and reducing the washing water amount to lower the washing effect causes a reduction in dust collection performance.

In some cases, it is necessary to stop charging and clean the electrodes. Stopping the charging and performing the cleaning in this manner causes a reduction in dust collection efficiency.

As shown in FIG. 10, the dust collection performance was reduced, and the dust collection performance was considerably improved in 2 minutes. However, the result was slightly inferior to that of the washing tube of this embodiment (see FIG. 10C). In other words, it was demonstrated that in order to obtain sufficient dust collecting performance with the washing tube of the present embodiment, the amount of water is almost 1 / of that of the upper spray device, and a smaller amount of washing liquid is required as compared with the conventional case.

There is a problem that the flow rate control is very difficult. On the other hand, if the flow rate of the cleaning solution is reduced,
Although there is a problem that the cleaning liquid on the upstream side and the downstream side does not flow down uniformly and the cleaning effect on the downstream side becomes insufficient. In each of the above embodiments, a ring (a cleaning pipe such as a circular pipe or a square pipe) is used.
Therefore, a sufficient cleaning effect can be obtained even on the downstream side by easy flow control.

A washing tube is provided, and a washing solution flowing through the washing tube is caused to flow down through an opening provided at a lower portion of the washing tube with respect to an electrode corresponding to the washing tube. Since it is possible to wet the lower part of the electrode and obtain a sufficient cleaning effect, it is possible to eliminate the possibility of sparks during the charging of the electrode, and to enable cleaning during charging of the electrode. It is possible to obtain sufficient dust collection performance and dust collection efficiency at a low cost.
