Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter with a chamferring jig wherein the jig is mounted on the tip of a cutter so that chamferring can be made on a plaster board or the like. SOLUTION: To a tip pf a cutter body 2 a jig 1 having a proper angle is mounted, and using it as a guide chamferring is implemented.

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、カッターの先端に取り付けた、先を折り曲
げた治具を材料の角に引っかけて、それをガイドにし
て、面を取れるようにしたものである。従来、石膏ボー
ドなどのジョイント部分の面を取る場合は、面取り鉋を
使用していた。その為に、寸法加工が終わり、面を取る
時になると、面取り鉋に持ち替えなければならなかった
し、道具の数もその分多くなり、維持調整の手間も増え
てしまう欠点があった。したがって、加工に使うカッタ
ーで、面まで取れればな、との声が大であった。本発明
は、その強い要望を、簡単な方法で解決したものであ
る。以下それを説明すると、適当な巾の金属板を折り曲
げ、カッター本体（２）の先端に回転するように取りつ
ける。その時、（４）部分を折り曲げておき、本体
（２）に当たってそれ以上回転しない様にする。これを
使用する時は、治具（１）を止るまで刃（３）側に回転
させる。そして、それを材料（５）の角に引っ掛けて手
前に引き面を取る。これにより、綺麗で均等な幅の面
を、非常に簡単に速く取る事が出来る。なお、治具
（１）は金属板でなく硬度が高く、磨耗に強い材料なら

At this time, the part (4) is bent so that it does not rotate any more when it hits the main body (2). When using this, rotate the jig (1) toward the blade (3) until it stops. Then, it is hooked on the corner of the material (5), and the drawing surface is taken in front. As a result, a clean and uniform width surface can be obtained very easily and quickly. Note that the jig (1) may be made of ceramics or plastic as long as it is not a metal plate but has high hardness and is resistant to wear.
