Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily mount the rotation detecting sensor of a rotor at a low cost, in the stator of a motor having power source leads wired directly to a coil. SOLUTION: This motor comprises a stator having a stator core and a winding wound on the core through an insulator, a rotor internally mounted in the stator, power source leads for supplying power to the winding, a power source lead holding means provided at the stator to hold the power source leads, a board for mounting a rotation detecting sensor for detecting the rotation of the rotor and connected with sensor leads, a lead-retaining means for retaining the sensor leads, and an inside partitioned component. In this case, the sensor leads are sandwiched between the retaining means and the partitioned component. The power source leads are sandwiched between the partitioned component and the holding means and associated axially in two stages.
