【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 ポンプボデイに取り付けられたハウジン
グを介してエンジンのフロントプレートに固定される燃
料噴射ポンプの支持構造であって、 ギヤトレーンを収容して前記フロントプレートに取り付
けられるタイミングギヤケースと、 前記タイミングギヤケースの外側面に取り付けられ前記
燃料噴射ポンプのカム軸先端側を支持する軸受部を備え
ると共に前記燃料噴射ポンプの駆動ギヤと噛合して駆動
される駆動ギヤを備えた他の補機を支持する支持部を有
するベアリングブロックと、 前記軸受部に嵌合され前記燃料噴射ポンプのカム軸先端
側を回転自在に支持するベアリングとにより構成したこ
とを特徴とする燃料噴射ポンプの支持構造。
1. A support structure for a fuel injection pump fixed to a front plate of an engine via a housing mounted on a pump body, the timing gear case accommodating a gear train and being mounted on the front plate, and the timing gear case. A support portion mounted on an outer surface of the fuel injection pump for supporting a tip end side of a camshaft of the fuel injection pump, and supporting another auxiliary machine having a drive gear driven by meshing with a drive gear of the fuel injection pump. And a bearing fitted to the bearing portion and rotatably supporting a tip end of a cam shaft of the fuel injection pump.
