Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure stable travel and efficient nesting and releasing. SOLUTION: A floor frame 10 having casters 9 supports an upright rear panel 50 that secures rear posts 24 of side panels 20. Front posts 23 of the side panels 20 are connected by an upper connecting member 38 and a lower connecting member 35. A floor panel 14 is mounted on the floor frame 10 for up and down pivotal movement, in which the fitting of the lower connecting member 35 in a first notched groove 18 of the floor panel 14 keeps it open. Fixing a front panel 40 to the upper connecting member 38 stretched between the side panels 20 finishes a carrying truck 66. In a non-transfer position, unlocking the lower connecting member 35 from the first notched groove 18 and moving the front panel 40 to the rear panel 50 folds the side panels 20 away and brings the panels 50, 20 and 40 in abutting relation. When fitted in a second notched groove 19, the lower connecting member 35 holds the floor panel 14 in a sloping position and the side panels 20 in the folded position to cause the carrying truck 66 to be nested up.

As in the case of an ordinary transport cart, the floor frame 1
The luggage is placed on the zero or intermediate shelf 58 and used for transportation. At this time, in the side panels 20, 20, the rear pillar 24 is attached to the rear caster plates 7, 7, and the front pillar 23,
23 is directly supported by the floor frame 10 via the operation guide 33 (lower connecting member 35), so that all of the loaded load is transmitted to the floor frame 10, and the panels 20, 50 and the like are inclined to the front side. In addition, it is possible to prevent the components (frames) such as the panels 20 and 30 from being bent, and even if heavy luggage is placed on a part of the intermediate shelf 58,
The wobble of the side panels 20, 20 is small, and stable running is possible.

In the above embodiment, the front panel 4
Although the front panel 20 can be folded together with the side panels 20, 20, the front panel 20 can be removed from the upper connecting member 38 of the side panel and folded. In this case, it is not necessary to position the upper connecting member 38 at the height of the gap 31 of the side panel 20, and the gap 31 itself can be omitted (not shown).

In the above embodiment, the floor panel 14
A shaft 69 can be provided on the front side so that the front side can be bent upward (FIG. 13A). In this case, the side panels 20, 20 are folded together with the front panel 40,
The lower connecting member 35 is engaged with the first notch groove 19 of the floor panel 14 and the front side of the floor panel 14 is bent upward around the axis 69 in a state where the floor panel 14 is inclined.
Are arranged along the front panel 20 (shown by broken lines 14 in FIGS. 14 and 15). In this case, the bent floor panel 14 can be locked to the front panel 40. In this case, other bending means such as various hinges may be used instead of the shaft 69 (neither is shown).

According to the present invention, the casters are fixed to the lower surface of the floorboard, the side panels are supported by the rear pillars on the floorboard, and the front pillars are detachable from the floorboard. Since it is possible to move on the floor according to the folding, the position of the caster does not change even when the side panel is folded, and the transport cart can be stably operated without breaking the balance even when the panel is folded.

Further, if the front sides of both side panels are connected,
This has the effect that the side panels can be folded uniformly. In addition, if both side panels are connected with the lower connecting material and the lower connecting material is formed rotatably, it can move smoothly on the floorboard,
There is an effect that the operation of folding or unfolding the side panel can be performed easily and easily.

Further, the floor panel is constituted by covering the floor panel on the floor frame, the floor frame is rotatably mounted around the horizontal axis on the rear side, and the lower connecting member is connected to the upper surface of the floor frame and the lower surface of the floor panel. The floor panel can be rotated and inclined by moving the lower connecting member toward the rear surface side in accordance with the folding of the side panel. Therefore, there is an effect that the nesting state of the floor panel can be automatically formed in conjunction with the folding of the side panel.

Further, if the floor frame or the floor panel is provided with the first holding means for holding the side panel open, the side panel can be prevented from being accidentally folded and deformed when the floor panel is closed. Thus, there is an effect that accidents during loading / unloading and transportation can be prevented to ensure safety.
Further, if the second holding means for holding the state where the side panel is closed and the floor panel is inclined is formed, there is an effect that the nesting state can be maintained and the nesting operation can be performed without resistance.
