The locking member disclosed in JP-A-64-9708 has a complicated structure provided at the end of the hook-and-loop fastener.
It is necessary to provide a concave portion or a convex portion also on the periphery of the concave portion of the molding die, and there is a drawback that the production thereof is complicated. Therefore, there has been a demand for a locking member that can obtain a sufficient effect with a simpler structure. Further, since the fastener has a portion where the engagement element does not exist at the peripheral edge, the width of the fastener is increased. When a narrow tape is attached, the number of buried elements and engaging elements is reduced, and the fixing of the locking portion to the molded body and the locking of the covering are not sufficient.

FIG. 3 is a schematic sectional view showing a state in which the locking member of FIG. 2 is mounted on the molding die of FIG. The locking member is mounted in the recess 2 on the bottom surface of the molding die so that the engaging element 7 fits into the recess 2. The locking member brings the flat surfaces 9 at both ends into close contact with the sealing projections 4 on the mold shoulder, and seals the gap therebetween. The seal prevents the resin from entering the recess and filling the engagement element when the molding resin is introduced into the molding die. When the viscosity of the resin is high, a small amount of resin penetrates into the concave portion at the end portion in the length direction of the locking member. When the viscosity of the resin is low and the amount of infiltration of the resin is large, a fiber mass or a foamed resin piece is applied to both ends of the engaging member in the longitudinal direction of the engaging element to form a seal portion, and the resin is formed in the concave portion. Prevent intrusion.

A magnet 5 is buried in the bottom surface of the concave portion, and the ferrite-containing layer 10 in the locking member is sucked to ensure the mounting and fixing of the locking member in the concave portion. Ensure that the sealing projection and the locking member are in close contact with each other. The width of the locking member is preferably substantially equal to the width between the shoulders of the recess. If the width is considerably larger than the width of the concave portion, an unnecessary force is applied to the locking member when the resin is introduced or when the resin is polymerized and cured, which may hinder the mounting and sealing of the locking member. If the width is considerably smaller than the width of the concave portion, the sealing of the locking member by the sealing projection at the shoulder of the concave portion of the mold becomes uncertain, and the resin may enter the concave portion.

Embodiments of the present invention will be further described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 3 can be used for manufacturing an automobile seat cushion as an application example of the molding locking member according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3, a resin such as polyurethane is injected into the molding die and foamed while the locking member is mounted in the concave portion of the die. By taking out the cushion from the mold after the resin is cured, a molded body in which the locking member is integrally embedded in the surface of the cushion is obtained. Here, the engaging element of the locking member is reliably exposed to the outer surface of the cushion without its surface being covered with the foamed resin.
In addition, the embedded member on the back surface of the locking member is embedded in the cushion, so that the locking member is firmly attached to the cushion.

According to the molding die of the present invention, the locking member can be easily and reliably held in the concave portion in the molding die, and a locking member having a simple structure can be used. Further, the sealing of the gap in the width direction of the concave portion of the molding die is excellent, and the inflow of the resin composition to the engagement element side can be reliably prevented. If this molding die is used for the production of the cushion, the seat cover can be fixed so as to be hung on the cushion, and the seat cover is attached in close contact with the surface of the cushion, so that a sheet with excellent texture can be obtained.
Further, productivity, safety and workability are also excellent.
