2. Description of the Related Art In the field of food packaging, materials for trays and blister packs for storing contents include:
Hard vinyl chloride resin, polystyrene resin, amorphous polyethylene terephthalate resin and the like have been mainly used in view of moldability, transparency, stiffness and cost. In recent years, there has been a growing tendency to avoid products containing vinyl chloride resin and styrene due to disposal problems. Therefore, packaging materials made of polypropylene resin, which is an olefin resin, have come to be used for various types of packaging due to their attention to moisture proof, low cost, and easy processing. However, polypropylene-based resins have higher crystallinity than vinyl chloride resins and polystyrene resins, and therefore have a narrow moldable temperature range, and therefore are inferior in moldability and require strict management of production conditions. Various studies have been made to solve the problem of the moldability of the polypropylene-based resin. For example, ethylene / ethylene resin having a relatively high ethylene content has been studied.
Attempts have been made to use a propylene copolymer as a base resin or to blend high density polyethylene with polypropylene. A method of adding a petroleum resin and an ethylene / α-olefin copolymer to polypropylene is also known. However, these techniques have little effect on the expansion of the moldable temperature range, which is a substantial indicator of moldability improvement. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open
As disclosed in JP-A-127133 and JP-A-63-113059, a sheet comprising a resin composition obtained by blending a propylene / butene copolymer with a propylene homopolymer is known as an easily stretchable sheet. Although there is
This is not always well suited for use in thermoforming.

Means for Solving the Problems The inventors of the present invention have conducted intensive studies in order to solve the above problems, and as a result, have found that a propylene / butene-1 random copolymer containing a specific amount of a butene-1 repeating unit is converted into a propylene homopolymer. Alternatively, the present inventors have found that the moldable temperature range can be widened by blending a specific amount with an ethylene / propylene copolymer or a mixture thereof, and further blending a specific amount of a filler, and have reached the present invention.
That is, the present invention relates to a propylene / butene-1 random having at least one kind of polymer selected from a propylene homopolymer and an ethylene / propylene copolymer and having a butene-1 repeating unit content of 10 to 30% by weight. When the total amount of the polymer and the propylene / butene-1 random copolymer is 100 parts by weight, the content of the polymer is 80 to 95 parts by weight, An object of the present invention is to provide a polypropylene resin sheet for thermoforming, comprising a resin composition having an agent content of 5 to 50% by weight.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The resin composition constituting the polypropylene resin sheet for thermoforming of the present invention comprises, as a resin component, at least one polymer selected from a propylene homopolymer and an ethylene / propylene copolymer. When,
A propylene / butene-1 random copolymer having a butene-1 repeating unit content of 10 to 30% by weight, wherein the total of the polymer and the propylene / butene-1 random copolymer is 100 parts by weight. Having a content of the polymer of 8
0 to 95 parts by weight. When a propylene / butene-1 copolymer having a butene-1 repeating unit content of less than 10% by weight is used, a sufficient moldable temperature width expansion effect cannot be obtained. The content of the butene-1 repeating unit was 30% by weight.
Higher propylene / butene-1 random copolymers are difficult to produce. Propylene homopolymer and ethylene /
If the total content of at least one polymer selected from propylene copolymers exceeds 95 parts by weight, the effect of expanding the moldable temperature range is not sufficient, and if less than 80 parts by weight, the rigidity of the sheet is poor. This is not preferable because the sheet becomes sufficient and the sheet tends to be warped (curled) during thermoforming.
In addition, at least one polymer selected from the propylene homopolymer and the ethylene / propylene copolymer, and a propylene / butene-1 random copolymer having a butene-1 repeating unit content of 10 to 30% by weight. Are sometimes collectively referred to as a polypropylene resin.

[0006] The resin composition constituting the polypropylene resin sheet of the present invention contains 5 to 50% by weight of a filler. By containing such an amount of the filler, the polypropylene-based resin sheet of the present invention has practically sufficient rigidity and is unlikely to be warped even by thermoforming. In the present invention, any of an inorganic filler and an organic filler can be applied as the filler. Specifically, a filler capable of satisfying the balance of desired moldability, rigidity and transparency required as a packaging material is selected. For example, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, carbonates such as barium carbonate, barium sulfate, magnesium sulfate, sulfates such as calcium sulfate, magnesium phosphate, phosphates such as calcium phosphate, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide and the like hydroxide,
Alumina, silica, magnesium oxide, calcium oxide,
Oxides such as zinc oxide and titanium oxide, aluminum powder, zeolite, kaolin, shirasu, clay, diatomaceous earth, talc,
Carbon black, inorganic filler such as clay, cellulose powder such as pulp powder, nylon powder, polycarbonate powder, polypropylene powder, synthetic resin powder such as polymethyl methacrylate beads, polystyrene beads, activated carbon, chitosan powder, chitin powder, Among the organic fillers such as starch, those which do not melt at the processing temperature of the propylene resin used can be mentioned. In particular, inorganic fillers which are advantageous in terms of cost are preferable, and among them, those having a difference in refractive index at 23 ° C. from the polypropylene resin of not more than 0.04, particularly not more than 0.03, especially not more than 0.20
The following are preferable because they give a sheet having excellent transparency, and the specific surface area of the filler by the BET adsorption method is 100
Those having m 2 / g or less, particularly those having 50 m 2 / g or less are preferable because of excellent sheet processability.

The content of the filler in the resin composition is usually in the range of 5 to 50% by weight of the whole resin composition, preferably 7 to 40% by weight, more preferably 10 to 30% by weight. is there. When the content of the filler is less than 5% by weight, the rigidity of the sheet is insufficient, and the sheet is likely to be curled (warped) by thermoforming. If it is more than 50% by weight,
It is not preferable because the dispersion of the filler in the resin composition tends to be insufficient.

In particular, when the resin composition contains a petroleum resin, the polypropylene resin sheet of the present invention can have excellent water vapor barrier properties. The petroleum resin includes a synthetic resin-based petroleum resin and a natural product-based petroleum resin, and a synthetic resin-based petroleum resin is preferable. Synthetic resin-based petroleum resins include aliphatic hydrocarbon resins, aromatic hydrocarbon resins, alicyclic saturated hydrocarbon resins, and copolymers, but from the viewpoint of odor, transparency, etc. A cyclic saturated hydrocarbon resin-based petroleum resin is preferred. In the present invention, when the resin composition contains a petroleum resin, the content is usually 1 to 1
0% by weight. If the addition amount is less than 1% by weight, a sufficient effect of improving the water vapor barrier property is difficult to be exhibited, and if it exceeds 10% by weight, the concentration of the low molecular weight component increases, which is not preferred.

8.0 parts by weight of a petroleum resin (Alcon P-125 manufactured by Arakawa Chemical Co., Ltd., refractive index at 23 ° C. = 1.55) was vent-granulated at 230 ° C. using a twin-screw extruder to obtain a resin composition. This was formed into a 300 μm sheet at 230 ° C. (chill roll temperature = 30 ° C.) using a 65 mmΦ T-die extruder.
Table 1 shows the evaluation results of the moldability of the obtained sheets. Although the sheet was relatively good in terms of mold followability, the molded article had a considerably poor surface appearance.
