2. Description of the Related Art In a door comprising a frame and a door, the door is suspended by a holding metal such as a hinge or a pivot hinge after the frame is attached. In some cases, opening and closing the door may be hindered without reaching the reference position. In such a case, it is necessary to adjust the position of the door (installation adjustment) after hanging the door. As a method, there is a type that incorporates a mechanism that pushes and pulls the door in the front and rear and left and right directions inside the holding bracket such as a hinge and a pivot hinge, and that the mechanism is actuated after the door is hung and adjusted in the required direction. Almost.

However, holding brackets such as hinges and pivot hinges are parts that support the weight of the door, and since the strength is required, the built-in adjustment mechanism naturally has the same strength. There is a need to. Therefore, compared to the type without the adjustment mechanism, the shape tends to be relatively large, and it is difficult to make the device compact despite being exposed to the outside.

Further, in order to adjust the front, rear, left and right of the door independently of each other, the adjustment mechanism is considerably complicated, the number of parts occupying the portion is very large, and the cost tends to be high. Also, depending on the degree of difficulty of the adjustment method used, a certain level of skill of the worker performing the installation adjustment may be required.

[0005] Also, hinges and pivot hinges are always located at the end of the door, so that they can be mounted on the upper and lower sides of the wall, so that work must be performed in a narrow part on a stepladder or in a crouched position. In addition, delicate adjustment work can lead to a decrease in workability. In the case of a type that adjusts with the door open, it is necessary to visually check the adjustment width in advance, then open and close the door and repeat the fine adjustment several times, resulting in poor workability. Therefore, it is possible that the door cannot be adjusted to its original reference position, and the door can barely be fixed at the position where the door can be opened and closed. And other problems.

According to the present invention, the following technical means are provided to achieve the above object. A gap piece is set based on the reference gap dimensions of the upper and lower sides, the hanging side, the door end side, and the door stop side of the frame body and the door which are determined in advance by design. The gap pieces are provided at several places to support the direction in which the door is inclined when the door is closed.

[0008] A complicated mechanism for installation and adjustment is not built in the door holding bracket such as a hinge or a pivot hinge, and the door can be freely moved and adjusted within the adjustable range by releasing the fixing means of the holding bracket. Only measures should be taken so that they can be re-fixed anywhere within the possible range. If the fixing means of the holding fitting is released only when the adjustment is necessary after the door is hung, the door can be largely moved within the adjustable range.

When the fixing means of the holding fitting is released with the door opened, the upper part of the door is inclined by its own weight to the top side and the lower part to the hanging side within the adjustable range. Next, the door is slightly lifted and closed with the door freely movable within the adjustable range. However, since a gap piece having a reference dimension is provided in advance between the frame and the door, the door is forcibly brought to the reference position with respect to the frame.

[0010] In the case where the installation condition is very bad and the door cannot be closed with the gap piece of the standard size, it is preferable to be able to freely change the thickness of the gap piece. Keep the door close to the reference position by increasing or decreasing the thickness of the other parts without changing the gap piece of the required size as much as possible, and fit it in the frame as if it got on the gap piece and make it closed . At this time, it is advisable to check how the lock is locked.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view showing a closed state of a door including a frame 1 and a door 2, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA ′ of FIG. At this time, the gap between the door 2 and the frame 1 is set by design at five reference dimensions a to e shown in FIGS.
The upper gap is a, the lower gap is b, the door-side gap is c, the hanging-side gap is d, and the depth gap between the door 2 and the door stop is e. The holding fitting of the door 2 may be a hinge, a pivot hinge or any other fitting. The gaps a to e are all parallel in design, and when correctly constructed, the gap dimensions should be approximately as standard.

[0013] If the opening and closing of the door 2 is hindered,
Due to poor construction, some gaps become extremely small and doors
This is because the frame body 1 comes into contact with the frame body 1 when it is opened and closed. Door 2
Even if the frame 1 does not come into contact with the frame 1, there are factors such as a large deviation from the reference position and the lock 3 not being locked. That is, a to e
It is only necessary that the gap is secured to some extent near the reference dimension. In the conventional mounting adjustment, the position of the door is adjusted by a mechanism incorporated in the holding bracket after the door is hung, but this operation is nothing less than bringing each gap closer to the reference size.

The simplest method for securing the gap between the frame 1 and the door 2 can be realized by inserting a piece having a required gap dimension between the frame 1 and the door 2 in advance.
As shown in FIG. 3, the door 2 always comes to the reference position when the gap pieces 6 having the required dimensions are sandwiched between the corners E1, E2, E3, and E4. Loosen the holding brackets such as hinges and pivot hinges so that they can be moved within the adjustment range, install the gap piece 6 first, close the door 2 so as to ride on the gap piece 6, and determine the position of the door 2 If the holding bracket is re-fixed afterwards, no delicate adjustment work is required.

As shown in FIG. 3, the door 2 tends to move downward due to its own weight, and the holding bracket is held at two points above and below the hinge mounting position 4 or the pivot hinge mounting position 5 as shown in FIG. As a result, the force of the moment acts to apply a force in the E1 portion of the door 2 in the F1 direction and a force in the E4 portion in the F2 direction. Although all the gap pieces 6s to 6v may be inserted in each corner, a relatively simple method is shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 4, a gap piece 6v having reference gap dimensions b, d, and e may be inserted into the E4 portion, and a gap piece 6s that regulates the gap between c and e may be inserted into the E1 portion. E2, E3
It is only necessary to sandwich the gap pieces 6t and 6u that only regulate the gap e.

The gap piece 6 may be attached by using an adhesive tape or the like. However, in order to save time and effort for removing the gap piece 6, only the lower part is placed, and the upper part of the door is covered with the corner of the door as shown in FIG. The better the way. Considering the conventional door packing form, the frame 1 is knocked down, and the door 2 is often in an assembled state. Therefore, a gap piece 6 shaped to cover the corner as shown in FIG. There is also a method of covering the four corners and also using as a corner protection material at the time of packing.

If the installation is not good, there are various cases such as the frame 1 being inclined. Therefore, it is necessary to deal with each state, and it is not possible to cope with only the gap piece 6 having the designed gap size. Is also conceivable. Therefore, it is necessary to be able to immediately change the thickness of the gap piece 6 on the spot. As shown in Fig. 6, three-way gap piece 7, two-way gap piece 9, and one-way gap piece
The joint hole 8 is provided so that the adjustment piece 11 for adjusting the thickness can be attached to each surface, with the 10 interposed therebetween. The adjustment piece 11 is relatively thin, and is provided with a joint pin 12 for fitting into the joint hole 8. The fitting state between the joint hole 8 and the joint pin 12 can be held by lightly pushing in, and it is preferable that the joint pin 8 can be detached several times. Two joint holes 8 are drilled on the same plane, and one adjustment piece 11 is inserted in advance to the standard dimensions. If the adjustment piece 11 is removed, it will go in the minus direction. Can be adjusted.

FIG. 7 shows a type in which the thickness of the gap piece 6 is adjusted by folding the gap piece 6 and the adjustment piece 11 integrally. Foldable 3-way gap piece 1
The fold line 17 connecting the fold 4 and the fold portion 15 is made extremely thin so that it can be easily bent by hand. Also, the parts can be cut off with scissors or the like so that they can be overlapped and used. There may be many other methods for changing the thickness of the gap piece 6 such as a method of simply overlapping pieces of various thicknesses and pasting them with tape, but any method may be used.

Next, the sequence of actually hanging the door 2 and adjusting the installation will be described. Holders such as hinges and pivot hinges are fixed at reference positions, and the door 2 is suspended from the frame 1. After closing the door, it is checked whether or not the installation adjustment is necessary. When the adjustment is required, the door 2 is opened again to release the fixing means of the holding fitting. At this time, it is checked in advance which part of the door 2 and the frame 1 needs to be adjusted. When the holding means of the holding fitting is released, the door 2 is in a state where the door 2 is largely freely playing within an adjustable range. The gap piece 6 is provided at a necessary place, and the door 2 is closed as if the door 2 was lifted slightly and the rider climbed on the gap piece. As shown in FIG. 6, if the R portion 13 is provided at a place where the door 2 of the gap piece 6 is easily rubbed when the door 2 is about to be closed, the door 2 can be closed smoothly. When the door hits the gap piece 6 and is difficult to close, the thickness of the gap piece 6 at the location where the door touches is changed and the door 2 is closed again. In this state, it is checked whether the gaps a to e are closer to the reference size, and the locking condition of the lock is checked. If there is no problem, the holding bracket is completely fixed.

In order to adjust the installation by the above-described procedure, it is desirable that the releasing and re-fixing of the fixing means of the holding fitting can be made as simple as possible. Also, in order to use the gap piece 6, the final fixing with the door closed must be performed for releasing and re-fixing the fixing means.

Since the upper blade mounting screw 30 can also be turned with the door 2 closed, re-fixing in the closed state of the door 2 requires adjustment fitting mounting screw 27 and upper blade mounting screw 30 each.
You only have to tighten each book. In addition, considering only the left and right direction in which the frequency of adjustment is relatively high, the upper blade mounting screw 30
It is also possible to perform the adjustment only by loosening the two.
