【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 ブロー成形により扁平翼状に延びる中空
閉断面に形成したスポイラの正面部に開設した細長状の
切欠開口部内にストップランプを挿入して組み込み、ス
トップランプの前面レンズで上記切欠開口部を閉鎖する
ハイマウントストップランプの取付構造において、スト
ップランプのランプハウジング背面から後方に向けて延
出する支持片にねじ締付部を設け、ねじ締付部の締付面
にリング状の弾性スペーサを接着固定する一方、上記ス
ポイラの下面側には上記ねじ締付部と対向する位置に取
付座を形成し、該取付座に上記弾性スペーサを介して上
記ねじ締付部を載置し、頭部首下に段部を有するスクリ
ュウを上記取付座側から上記ねじ締付部にねじ込み上記
段部を上記ねじ締付部の締付面に当接せしめて、上記段
部により上記取付座に対する上記支持片の固定位置を規
制したことを特徴とする車両用ハイマウントストップラ
ンプの取付構造。
1.
