Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the roof having a simple structure and a strong strength, a good workability, and light, fire-resistance and heat-resistance characteristics. SOLUTION: In a roof plate between leg-like ribs 1 of a connection roof, a protrusion part and a recessed part to be fitted to a tight frame 6 are formed and in the tight frame 6 a protrusion part and a recessed part of the roof plate for fitting and leg-like rib fitting protrusion and recessed parts are respectively formed. The former protrusion and recessed parts and the latter protrusion and recessed parts are mutually fitted in an integral manner. Then, the tight frame is fixed to a building frame 1, a heat insulation plate of incombustible type made of rock wool or the like is layed on the roof plate, and thereon a water-proof layer 10b made of sheet material is layed.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional flat roof using an eye deck roof in a steel structure or the like is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-24.
As described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 740 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-24741, the roofs are constructed by directly attaching the lower ends of the leg-like ribs to a driving body (beam or purlin). Also known is a folded-plate roof in which a corrugated metal roof plate is attached to a vehicle body by means of a tight frame which is also corrugated.

However, in the above-mentioned prior art, in the case of the former (the one using an eye deck roof), means such as welding or screwing the lower end of the leg-like rib portion of the roof plate directly to the vehicle body. The work is usually carried out by extending the hands from the top of the shingle to the back side of the shingle in a downward direction, resulting in poor workability and serious danger such as accidentally falling to the ground. There were many. In the case of the latter (with a tight frame), the roof plate and the tight frame are simply formed by fitting the same shape into a corrugated shape, so that the strength is weak,
In addition, when the waterproof structure is provided on the top surface of the roof shingle, the roof shingle has a corrugated shape, which causes problems such as troublesome construction.

According to the present invention, a leg-like rib having a roof plate lower surface supporting edge is formed at one end of a roof plate, and a bent edge for fitting a leg-like rib portion or a roof plate lower surface support is formed at the other end. A connection in which an edge overlap edge is formed, the bent edge is fitted to the leg-shaped rib portion, or the roof edge lower surface support edge is overlapped with the roof edge lower surface support edge to connect the roof panel. In a lightweight, fire-resistant connected roof comprising a roof and a tight frame for attaching the roof plate to a vehicle body, a concave / convex portion for fitting a tight frame to a roof plate between each leg-shaped rib portion of the connected roof; A concave / convex portion for fitting a roof plate and a concave portion for fitting a leg-shaped rib portion are respectively formed in the tight frame, and a concave / convex portion for fitting a tight frame of the roof plate and a concave / convex portion for fitting a roof plate of the tight frame. Can be fitted together and attached together The tight frame is attached to a vehicle body, a non-combustible heat insulating material such as a rock wool plate is laid on the roof plate, and a waterproof layer made of a sheet material is provided on the heat insulating material. Therefore, as in the case of the construction of a flat connection roof using a conventional eye deck roof, the worker reaches down to the back of the roof shingle from the top of the roof shingle and attaches the roof shingle to the vehicle body. Since the mounting work can be performed on the roof shingle without performing, the workability is very good, and the safety is extremely high without danger of accidentally dropping during the work. A heat-resistant, heat-insulating, waterproof structure is formed by sequentially laying a heat-resistant, heat-insulating plate and waterproof material in layers, so that a lightweight, fire-resistant, heat-resistant, heat-insulating, and waterproof waterproof coupled roof can be obtained. .

Still further, according to the present invention, each leg-like rib receiving portion of the roof plate is inserted and fitted into the leg-like rib portion fitting recess of the tight frame, and each of the roof plate and the tight frame is fitted. Since the joint concave and convex parts are attached integrally,
There are effects such as strong strength and extremely simple structure.
