Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease looseness, displacement, and corotation of a bridge sleeper of a railroad bridge, by improving the structure of a hook bolt. SOLUTION: There is provided a hook bolt 1 for fixing a bridge sleeper 12 to a steel product 10, in a crosswise direction to the longitudinal direction of the steel product 1. The hook bolt 1 is comprised of a hooking portion 2 locked on the steel product 10, a drum portion 3 inserted into a holt hole 13 formed in the bridge sleeper 12 beforehand, a head portion 4 passing through the bolt hole 13 of the bridge sleeper 12 and upward protruding from the same, and a screw portion 5 formed on the head portion 4 and part of the drum portion 3, and further at least part of the drum portion 3 has a non-complete round cross-section, such as a square cross-section and an oval cross-section. Thus, not only the hook bolt can be produced at a low cost with extremely improved durability, but also it can be prevented from being corotated to displace an engaging direction of the hook portion 2 engaging with a flange 10a of the steel product 10, and to slip out of the steel product 10.

[0005] Also, as described above, the formation of the concave groove along the length of the hook bolt affects not only the problem of cost but also the durability of the hook bolt, and furthermore, the weathering of wooden bridge sleepers.・ The fastening force decreases due to thinning,
In addition, the prevention of co-rotation is likely to be incomplete due to corrosion and wear of the square washer and the like. As a result, a number of phenomena have occurred in which the hook bolt is rotated and the hook portion comes off the bridged H steel. In addition, the thread and nut of the hook bolt are rusted, and when the nut is retightened from the bridge, the hook bolt also rotates together.

[0010] In this case, the cross-section of the non-circular shape in this case is formed in a quadrangular cross-section in the case of this embodiment, but is not necessarily limited to a quadrangle, and is not necessarily limited to a quadrangle. Any shape may be used as long as it is a square shape, and an elliptical shape, or in other words, the cross section is not a perfect circle, and in a bolt hole of a cross section corresponding to the cross section formed in the bridge sleeper, any part of the circumferential surface on the outer peripheral surface is a bolt of the bridge sleeper Any shape may be used as long as it is in contact with any part of the inner wall surface of the hole in the circumferential direction to restrict rotation.

In this case, the formation of the non-circular cross section is effective even if only a part of the body 3 in the longitudinal direction is formed. Further, the hook portion 2 bent into a substantially J-shape has a curvature R1 on the inner peripheral side at the bent portion.
If it is less than 4 mm, the engagement of the hook portion 2 becomes poor,
On the other hand, when the curvature on the inner peripheral side is more than R60 mm, the opening width of the hook portion 2 becomes too large as compared with the flange width of the H-shaped steel material, and the hooking portion is similarly deteriorated. It is necessary that the radius of curvature on the inner peripheral side in the bent portion of the portion 2 be in the range of R15 to 60 mm. Further, the metal structure strength can be improved by performing hot forging after the heat bending of the portion, thereby improving the rigidity and the resilience.

As described above, when the curvature of the inner peripheral side of the bent portion of the hook portion 2 is set to a range of R15 to 60 mm, and the portion is subjected to hot forging after the heat bending process, for example, the diameter is 26 mm. For square hook bolts,
As shown below, the strength is approximately three times higher than that of a conventional 25 mm round hook bolt.

In the above description, the reason why the cross-sectional area ratio is 2.71 times while the cross-sectional area ratio is 1.28 times is that the cross section of the body is square or trapezoidal and the rib effect of each corner is enhanced. It is due to. In the above case, assuming that the forging effect of the stamping forging is 1.1 to 1.2 times, the overall effect is 2.71 × 1.1 = 2.98 as a total effect, and the durability is almost tripled. It became clear that it became.
