Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seatbelt device having a through anchor metal fitting enhancing the foldability of a webbing toward the front of a vehicle, with excellent controllability. SOLUTION: This device includes a through anchor metal fitting 1 provided in a vehicle and having a winding part wound with a webbing movably passed therethrough, with the winding part folding back and guiding the webbing. The thickness L1 of the winding part of the through anchor metal fitting 1 provided in the vehicle, in the cross direction of the vehicle, is such that the thickness of the winding part at its center part along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle is greater than the thickness L2 of the winding part at each end.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a seat belt device has been attached to a seat of a vehicle such as an automobile in order to secure occupants. This seat belt device is provided with a through anchor fitting fixedly or rotatably supported on the upper part of the center pillar, and the webbing intermediate portion from the shoulder restraint portion of the occupant to the winding device is freely inserted by the through anchor fitting. Supported. The webbing extending upward from the winding device is guided by the through anchor so as to be folded back, and its direction is changed to the occupant side in front of the vehicle.

[0004] In the through-anchor described in this publication, the thickness of the portion around which the webbing is wrapped in the direction corresponding to the width direction of the vehicle is the same in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, that is, this portion has the same thickness. It is configured to be flat.

However, in the conventional through-anchor fitting, as described above, the thickness in the direction corresponding to the width direction of the vehicle at the portion where the webbing is wound is limited to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. When the webbing is to be pulled out, the webbing is smoothly folded back downward in the center of the vehicle compartment, but hardly folded back toward the occupant in front of the vehicle. Therefore, there is a concern that the operability of mounting the webbing of the seat belt device may be deteriorated, and in severe cases, the webbing may be twisted in front of the through anchor.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve this object, the present invention comprises a winding portion provided on a vehicle and around which a movably inserted webbing is wound, and the webbing is folded back at the winding portion. A through-belt device provided with a through-anchor fitting for guiding the vehicle, wherein a thickness of a wrapping portion of the through-anchor fitting provided on the vehicle is formed such that a central portion in the front-rear direction of the vehicle is thicker than both end portions thereof. It is intended to provide a seat belt device comprising:

[0009] In the through-anchor fitting having this configuration, an inclined surface having a reduced thickness is formed in the webbing wrapping portion from the center portion in the front-rear direction of the vehicle toward both ends thereof. For this reason, the webbing can be folded obliquely forward along this inclined surface. Therefore, the webbing can be smoothly pulled out obliquely forward, and the foldability of the webbing forward of the vehicle can be improved.

On the other hand, FIG. 10 shows a conventional through anchor 1
FIG. 10 shows a state corresponding to FIG. 9 when 00 is used. In this conventional through-anchor fitting 100, the thickness of the wrapping portion 70 around which the webbing 20 is wrapped in the direction corresponding to the width direction of the vehicle is the same in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. As shown in FIG. 10, when the webbing 20 is pulled out obliquely forward using the conventional through anchor 100, the webbing 20 is not folded in the direction in which the webbing 20 is pulled, and an extra force is applied in the lateral direction.
It turns out that it is twisted diagonally. (Embodiment 2) Next, a through anchor of a seat belt device according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The difference from the through anchor 1 according to the second embodiment is that, as shown in FIG.
The surface 71 formed at the lower portion of the insertion opening 6 and the shoulder 72 of the winding portion 70, that is, the surface formed on both sides of the insertion opening 6 (in the front-rear direction of the vehicle), is gently And the corner 73 was formed.

In the first and second embodiments, the thickness of the central portion in the front-rear direction of the winding portion 7 and the winding portion 70 becomes the thickest, and the thickness gradually decreases toward both end portions. Although the case where the inclined surfaces 8A, 8B, 8C, and 8D are formed to be inclined has been described, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. Inclined portions 82A, 82B, which are provided with flat portions 81A and 81B at portions thereof, and are inclined from the flat portions 81A and 81B toward both ends so as to gradually decrease in thickness.

As described above, in the seat belt device according to the present invention, the thickness in the width direction of the vehicle at the portion where the through anchor is provided on the vehicle is determined by the central portion in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. However, since the webbing is formed to be thicker than both end portions, the webbing can be folded obliquely forward along the inclined surface formed on the through anchor. As a result, the webbing can be smoothly pulled out diagonally forward, and a seat belt device provided with a through anchor fitting excellent in operability can be provided.
