Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.後方の準備位置から放出されて、瞬間的にその先端を発射筒の前端から突出 させ、次にそれを引っ込めるバネ負荷メスを包含する発射筒を含む皮膚穿刺装置 であり、そのメスの準備および放出手段は、メスから、発射筒に形成された長軸 性スロットを通じて、側方に突出する要素において結合しており、その要素は、 メスが、そのメスをスロット後端の発射準備位置に保持する把握形成を過ぎて後 方に変位させられると、そのメスが破断されることを可能とする脆弱部を持ち、 かつ、その破断がメスを放出することを特徴とする皮膚穿刺装置。 2.前記突出要素は、メス近傍の破断点とスロットを貫通する部分の間に、破断 後その要素を発射筒に捕捉しておくような形に形成されることを特徴とする請求 項1に記載した装置。 3.前記突出要素を捕捉し続けるための突出要素形成は、破断点前方の局部的な 膨大であって、発射準備位置における突出要素が前方に破断するまで曲げられる 際に支点としても役立つことを特徴とする請求項2に記載した装置。 4.スロットの後端は、発射準備位置における前記突出要素が後方に破断するま で曲げられる際の支点を供給することを特徴とする請求項1,2または3に記載 された装置。 5.把握形成体は、発射筒と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする前項のいず れかに記載した装置。 6.把握形成体は、指であって、スロットの片側で、その後端近くに創成される 、後方直進の、強靭な屈曲性を持った1本の指と、また、喉であって、それを介 して、前記要素が、スロットの後端を側方に変位させることによってパチンと嵌 まりこむ一つの喉と、を含むことを特徴とする前項のいずれかによって記載され た装置。 7.前記把握形成体は、スロットの向き合う側に沿う2本の後方直進性の指で、 その先端を収束させ、それによって喉を形成する指を含むことを特徴とする請求 項6に記載した装置。 8.前記1本の指、または、2本の各指は、その弛緩状態において、その先端が 、スロットの対側に収束するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6ま たは7に記載した装 置。 9.発射筒は、前部と後部とを含み、この両部は、メスが前部に負荷された後、 結合させられることを特徴とする前項のいずれかによって記載された装置。 10.前部および後部は、プラスチック材料から一体に成形され、かつ、屈曲性 橋によって結合されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載した装置。 11.結合される時、前部と後部は、接合部で恒久的に接着され、それによって メスとバネを内部に捕捉することを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載した装 置。 12.スロットが両部の橋渡しをすることを特徴とする請求項9、10または11に記 載した装置。 13.前記指、または、各指が前部を越えて後方に突出して、後部の壁に設けら れた前方に開口する腔所に進入し、腔所は、喉を広げる方向への、その指の屈曲 を制限することを特徴とする請求項6に付属する請求項12に記載した装置。 14.前記指、または、各指の先端の向こうの腔所の、閉鎖された後端が、発射 準備位置に達する破断要素にたいして停止を与えることを特徴とする請求項13に 記載した装置。 15.前記指、または、各指は、その弛緩状態において、軸的に発射筒と平行で あり、かつ、その、スロットの対側に向かう収束が、前記腔所の開口との嵌合か ら強制されることを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載した装置。 16.メス先端は最初メス体と一体に成形されるキャップによって被覆されてお り、キャップは、装置の組み立て時に、引き出し不可能なやり方で発射筒の前端 に挿入可能であり、かつ、そこにおいてメス体部からの切り離しが可能であり、 それによって発射準備活動を可能とすることを特徴とする前項のいずれかに記載 した装置。
