Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 植物細胞中で作用できるように結合された異種核酸配列の転写を開始するこ とができるプロモーターヌクレオチド配列を含む単離された核酸分子であって 、前記ヌクレオチド配列が配列番号3(pA)に示されたキャッサバ葉脈モザイク ウィルス(CsVMV)プロモーターの18連続ヌクレオチドに少なくとも80%の同 一性を有することを特徴とする単離された核酸分子。 2. 夫々配列番号1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、 15、16に示されたCVP1、CVP2、pA、pB、pC、pD、pE、pΔB、pΔC、pΔD1、 pΔD2、pΔD3、pΔDE1、pΔDE2、pΔDE3及びpΔEからなる群から選ばれた核酸 配列を含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の核酸分子。 3. 前記植物細胞が単子葉植物又は双子葉植物である請求の範囲第1項に記載の 核酸分子。 4. 前記転写が植物葉肉組織中で開始される請求の範囲第1項に記載の核酸分子 。 5. 前記転写が植物師部組織中で開始される請求の範囲第1項に記載の核酸分子 。 6. 前記転写が植物根先端組織中で開始される請求の範囲第1項に記載の核酸分 子。 7. 前記分子がCVP1、CVP2、pA、pB、pC、pD、pE、pΔB、pΔC、pΔD1、pΔD2、 pΔD3、pΔDE1、pΔDE2、pΔDE3及びpΔEからなる群から選ばれたヌクレオチ ド配列を有する請求の範囲第1項に記載の核酸分子。 8. 植物細胞中で作用できるように結合された異種核酸配列の転写を開始するこ とができるプロモーターヌクレオチド配列を含むベクターであって、前記ヌク レオチド配列が配列番号3(pA)に示されたキャッサバ葉脈モザイクウィルス (CsVMV)プロモーターの18連続ヌクレオチドに少なくとも80%の同一性を有し 、異種核酸配列に操作により結合されることを特徴とするベクター。 9. 前記プロモーターが請求の範囲第1項に記載の核酸配列を含む請求の範囲第 8項に記載のベクター。 10.植物細胞中で作用できるように結合された異種核酸配列の転写を開始するこ とができるプロモーターヌクレオチド配列を含むトランスジェニック植物であ って、前記ヌクレオチド配列が配列番号3(pA)に示されたキャッサバ葉脈モザ イクウィルス(CsVMV)プロモーターの18連続ヌクレオチドに少なくとも80%の 同一性を有し、異種核酸配列に操作により結合されることを特徴とするトラン スジェニック植物。 11.前記プロモーターが請求の範囲第1項に記載の核酸配列を含む請求の範囲第 10項に記載のトランスジェニック植物。 12.植物細胞中の異種核酸配列の発現方法であって、 a)前記植物細胞を植物細胞中で作用できるように結合された異種核酸配列の転 写を開始することができるプロモーターヌクレオチド配列を含むベクターで 形質転換する工程であって、前記ヌクレオチド配列が配列番号3(pA)に示さ れたキャッサバ葉脈モザイクウィルス(CsVMV)プロモーターの18連続ヌクレ オチドに少なくとも80%の同一性を有し、異種核酸配列に作用できるように 結合される工程、及び b)前記植物細胞を、異種核酸配列が前記植物細胞中で発現される条件下で生育 する工程、 を特徴とする発現方法。 13.前記プロモーターが請求の範囲第1項に記載の核酸配列を含む請求の範囲第 12項に記載の方法。 14.5'から3'方向の配列中に作用できるように結合された、 a)植物細胞中で作用できるように結合された異種核酸配列の転写を開始するこ とができるプロモーターヌクレオチド配列であって、前記ヌクレオチド配列 は配列番号3(pA)に示されたキャッサバ葉脈モザイクウィルス(CsVMV)プロ モーターの18連続ヌクレオチドに少なくとも80%の同一性を有する配列、及 び b)プロモーターに対し異種である構造核酸配列、 を含むことを特徴とする植物細胞中で異種核酸配列を発現するキメラ遺伝子。 15.前記プロモーターが請求の範囲第1項に記載の核酸配列を含む請求の範囲第 14項に記載のキメラ遺伝子。
