Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも一つの環状溶接結合によって相互に結合されている中心パーツ( 5)とリムパーツ(6)とからなる車両の軽金属製ツーピースホイールにおい て、 前記溶接結合が、摩擦スター溶接によって提供された、微粒子構造を示す固 相の溶接シームであり、その溶接シームに沿う熱影響領域が最小限であること を特徴とする軽金属製ツーピースホイール。 2.前記溶接シームが、鋳造合金製中心パーツと鍛練用合金製リムとの間に形成 されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のツーピースホイール。 3.前記鍛練用合金製リムが、その最終リム形状にロール成形またはスピン成形 される遠心鋳造管から作られていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のツーピース ホイール。 4.ホイールの2つのパーツが鍛練用アルミニウム合金から作られていることを 特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のツーピースホイール。
