Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)逆流化学反応器と; (b)前記反応器に充填された固定床触媒と; (c)前記反応器内にランダム分配されたパッキングと を備えることを特徴とする化学反応を行うための反応器システム。 2. 前記触媒が、4%未満の架橋度を有するスルホン酸イオン交換樹脂である 請求の範囲第1項に記載のシステム。 3. 前記触媒が、2%以下の架橋度を有する請求の範囲第2項に記載の触媒。 4. 前記パッキングがポールリング、バールサドル、インタロックスパッキン グ、テレレッテパッキング、ハイパーフィルパッキング、ステッドマンパッキン グ、スルツァーパッキングおよびラッシングリングよりなる群から選択される請 求の範囲第1項に記載のシステム。 5. 前記パッキングがポールリングからなる請求の範囲第4項に記載のシステ ム。 6.(a)各反応体を反応器システムに逆流式で導入し、前記反応器システムが 化学反応器と前記反応器内に充填された固定床触媒と前記反応器内にランダム分 配されたパッキングとを備え; (b)前記反応体を前記反応器システム内で反応させて生成物を生成させ; (c)前記生成物を回収する ことを特徴とする化学生成物の製造方法。 7. 前記触媒がスルホン酸樹脂触媒である請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。 8. 前記触媒が、2%以下の架橋度を有するカチオン交換樹脂触媒である請求 の範囲第7項に記載の方法。 9. 前記パッキングがポールリングからなる請求の範囲第6〜8項のいずれか 一項に記載の方法。 10. 前記反応体がフェノールおよびアセトンであり、前記生成物がビスフェ ノールAからなる請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。
