Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify work by eliminating a cable and stabilize a photographing camera. SOLUTION: This pig 1 is constituted by housing a battery 4 to be a power source and a wireless apparatus 5 in an inside cavity part of a main body 3 made of a foaming synthetic resin material having elasticity and arranging a CCD camera 6 free to oscillate and plural lights around this CCD camera 6 on a central part in front of the main body 3. It is devised possible to monitor the inside of a pipe 2 by moving this pig 1 in the pipe 2 by a proper means, photographing the inside of the pipe 2 by radio operation of the CCD camera 6 at this time of moving and sending it to a TV monitor outside from the radio apparatus 5.

2. Description of the Related Art When a fluid is sent through a pipe, various kinds of deposits are generated in the pipe according to the purpose of use. Therefore, the deposits affect the fluid, and the deposits gradually accumulate and hinder the flow. For this reason, pigs are generally used in many cases to remove deposits in the pipe. In addition, in order to check for abnormal spots in the piping or to check the status of the scale, insert a camera cable with a camera head equipped with an illumination light and lens at the tip into the pipe together with the camera head, and take an image with this camera. There is known a method of projecting and monitoring the image on a monitor provided on the ground.

In the conventional monitoring of the inside of a pipe, the camera head is removed after checking the condition of the scale, the inside of the pipe is cleaned and the camera head is inserted again, and the state of the inside of the pipe after cleaning is monitored. I was Therefore, not only is it troublesome, but the camera head is attached to the end of a long camera cable, so that the operation is complicated and troublesome.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above circumstances, the present invention addresses this problem by providing a battery as a power source inside a body made of a foamed synthetic resin material having elasticity, and a radio device built-in and a front face of the body. A CCD camera which is operated in a wireless manner in the center part of the side and which is capable of swinging, and a pig having an illuminating light arranged around the CCD camera, move the inside of the tube by appropriate means with the pig, and wirelessly move at this time. CCD by remote control
We provide a pig for monitoring the inside of the pipe by taking a picture with a camera, sending it to an external TV monitor with a radio, and monitoring the inside of the pipe, simplifying the work by eliminating the cable by wireless remote control, and stabilizing the camera by the pig. It is intended.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS One embodiment of a pipe monitoring pig of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2 show a pig 1 formed of a foamed synthetic resin material having elasticity.
A main body 3 having an outer periphery adapted to the inner diameter of the main body, a battery 4 serving as a power supply and a radio device 5 are built in a hollow portion inside the main body 3, and furthermore, the main body 3 can be swung toward the center on the front side. A plurality of lights 7 are arranged around the CCD camera 6 and the CCD camera 6 in the center. The pig 1 is moved by an appropriate means such as a propulsion movement using the pressure of a fluid in the pipe 2 or a pulling of a connecting yarn connected to the pig 1 to inspect the inner wall surface of the pipe 2. FIG. 3 shows a surveillance system, in which a pig 1 propelled by means of fluid or traction in the tube 2 is transmitted by radio and a signal is taken by radio. The captured image can be monitored by a TV monitor 10 from a wireless device 9 connected to a power supply 8 provided outside by a wireless device 5.

As described above, according to the present invention, the pig for propelling the inside of the pipe is used for inspecting the inside of the pipe or for examining the situation inside the pig using a CCD camera and lighting by a wireless action of a wireless device (power unit) using a battery as a power source. Since the image is clearly displayed and can be monitored with an external TV monitor, the inside of the tube can be grasped at a glance, which is convenient. Further, the CCD camera can be remotely controlled by wireless means in the pig and does not use a conventional camera cable, so that the operation is not troublesome and troublesome. Further, the CCD camera has a feature that it is stabilized because it is housed in a pig.
