Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sole structure, with which a rear foot part can easily return to a fore foot part and resistance to in-plane bending is improved, concerning the sole structure provided with a shank. SOLUTION: Concerning the sole structure provided with a shank 1 from a fore foot part 20 of a sole to a rear foot part 22, a recessed mounting part 23 is provided at the almost central part of a buffer sole 2 between the inside and outside of a foot and the shank 1 is mounted in the recessed mounting part 23. The shank 1 is provided with a rod-shaped part 10 longitudinally long from the fore foot part 20 to the rear foot part 22 and a blade 1R, which can be rotated with the axial line of the rod-shaped part 10 as a center, provided backward rather than the arch of the foot.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a shoe sole structure and, more particularly, to a shank.

2. Description of the Related Art Athletic shoes provided with a midsole are highly deformed at the stepping portion when walking or running, and are liable to cause fatigue to the user. In recent years, there has been a shoe in which the shank is fixed to the lower surface of the midsole to prevent the deformation (for example, see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-079804).

As an example of such a shank, a strip-shaped or wire-shaped shank is provided on the bottom side of the midsole, so that the rear foot can be easily returned to the front foot.
"Tilt exercise" in which the legs flex slightly while walking, etc.
A shoe sole structure that facilitates the above is known. However, this structure does not provide resistance to in-plane bending along the plane of the sole. On the other hand, if the shank is made into a hard rod shape and the resistance to in-plane bending is increased, the plate-like body fixed before and after the rod-shaped shank becomes an obstacle, and the ease of return is impaired.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is a shoe sole structure provided with a shank, in which a rear foot part can easily return to a forefoot part and has a large resistance to in-plane bending along the plane of the sole. Is to provide a structure.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention relates to a shoe sole structure provided with a shank from a front foot portion to a rear foot portion of the shoe sole. A mounting recess is provided in a central portion, a shank is mounted in the mounting recess, the shank is a rod-shaped portion that is long in the fore and aft direction from a forefoot portion to a hindfoot portion, and is rotatable around an axis of the bar-shaped portion, And a feather provided on the stepping portion or behind the stepping portion (rearward of the metatarsophalangeal joint of the foot). On the other hand, according to the second invention, in a shoe sole structure in which a shank is provided from the forefoot portion to the rear foot portion of the shoe sole, a mounting recess is provided at substantially the center of the inside and outside of the foot on the buffer sole, and the shank is provided in the mounting recess. Is mounted, the shank is a rod-shaped part long in the front and rear from the forefoot part to the hindfoot part, a fixed blade fixed to the front end of the rod-shaped part, rotatable about the axis of the rod-shaped part, and And a rear blade attached to a rear portion of the rod portion. According to the present invention, the (rear) wing rotates around the axis of the rod portion following the "tilting movement" of the foot.

FIG. 5B shows the state of FIG.
As shown by an arrow A1, the first plane P1 can be rotated only in an angle range between the first plane P1 and the second plane P2 rotated toward the inside of the foot. On the other hand, the rear blade 1R moves from the flat state shown in FIG. 5A to the arrow A shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2, it is possible to rotate between a third plane P3 obtained by rotating the first plane P1 toward the outside of the foot and the second plane P2. That is, in the flat state of FIG. 5A, the intermediate blade 1M can rotate only to the inside A1, while the rear blade 1R can rotate to both the inside A1 and the outside A2.

Next, with reference to FIG. 6, a description will be given of the "tilting movement" of the foot during walking and the like. Foot 3
As shown in FIG.
As shown in (b), the entire sole 35 starts to land. afterwards,
The center of load of the foot 3 moves inward as if the rear foot 32 rotates inward, as indicated by an arrow A1 in FIG. 6C. Thereafter, the heel starts to float due to the bending of the metatarsophalangeal joint. At this time, first, the third to fifth metatarsophalangeal joints bend first, so that the rear foot portion 32 of the foot is outward as indicated by arrow A2. , And the load center moves to the toe ball 33 outside the foot. Thereafter, when the first and second metatarsophalangeal joints also bend and the foot bends as shown in FIG. 6 (e), the hind foot part 32 of the foot slightly rotates inward as indicated by arrow A1, and the inside of the foot The center of load moves to the toe ball 34 of FIG. 6, and the forefoot is kicked out using the toe ball 34 as the center of load, so that the foot floats in the air as shown in FIG.

Next, the behavior of each blade when walking while wearing the shoe having the shoe sole structure of the present embodiment will be described. As shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, when the foot lands from the outside of the heel, and the foot is stepped on and the entire sole lands, the heel of the foot rotates to the inside IN. In accordance with this, FIG. , The two rotating blades 1M and 1R slightly rotate toward the inside A1. Subsequently, when the whole sole touches the ground as shown in FIGS. 7B to 7C, the two rotating blades 1M and 1R return to the original state, and the heel of the foot is moved inward IN due to the rigidity of the rear blade 1R. Prevents spinning pronation. Subsequently, in the initial stage of kicking out in FIG. 7D, the heel starts to float. At this time, first, the third to fifth metatarsophalangeal joints are bent, and the toe ball (the front of the foot) The center of load starts to move to the outside of the part. At this time, if the rear foot portion 22 of the sole attempts to rotate outward in response to the movement of the foot, the rear blade 1R rotates outward as shown in FIG. Tolerate. Furthermore,
When the first and second metatarsophalangeal joints also bend and the step 21 begins to float as shown in FIG. 7 (e), as the weight shifts from the little toe ball to the toe ball, as shown in FIG. (B) The two rotating blades 1M and 1R slightly rotate inward, and the feet "tilt".
Is prevented, and the middle wing 1M does not rotate outward, so that the forefoot or middle foot is prevented from being twisted to the outside of the foot, and the force to be applied to the toe ball is applied to the outside of the foot. Prevent escape. Thereafter, when the foot floats in the air, the two blades M and R return to the original origin positions (angles).

As described above, according to the present invention,
(Rear) The wings allow the forefoot movement and the hindfoot movement of the forefoot and the hindfoot to be relatively twisted during walking, while the shank bar prevents the bent part of the foot from bending. Less fatigue. In particular, since a bar-shaped portion or a blade having a large bending rigidity of the shank provides a large resistance to in-plane bending along the plane of the shoe sole, unnecessary deformation of the sole and foot due to the in-plane bending can be prevented. It becomes easy to walk from.

The provision of the intermediate blades rotatable inward not only increases the effect of preventing the in-plane bending of the stepping portion, but also when the entire sole lands, and It can allow the rear foot of the foot to rotate inward as it begins to float. In particular, when the foot is stepped on, the forefoot can be prevented from escaping to the toe ball side (outward) and the forefoot can be kicked out with the toe ball as the center of load, preventing foot fatigue I can do it.
