【請求項1】垂直状態で左右方向に所定間隔置きに配列した多数枚のプレートフィンと、これらプレートフィンの一側端より幅方向に凹入する切欠部に水平状態で嵌入して上下多段に配置した偏平チューブとでコア部が構成され、このコア部の偏平チューブ内を流れる熱交換媒体と外部の空気との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器において、
前記偏平チューブが、その一側端から上下面主要部を覆う側面視略U字形のブレジングシート製のカバー材を介して、前記プレートフィンの切欠部に嵌入されて当該プレートフィンと接合一体化してなることを特徴とする熱交換器。
【請求項2】前記偏平チューブ及びカバー材が共にアルミニウム系合金からなり、且つカバー材が偏平チューブの合金材料よりも電位的に卑な合金材料である請求項1記載の熱交換器。
【請求項3】 前記カバー材の外周面に、前記プレートフィンの周縁を嵌合させる溝部を有してなる請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器。
【請求項4】 前記カバー材は、U字形の曲成状態での幅が偏平チューブの幅よりも若干短かく設定されている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
【請求項5】 前記カバー材は、U字形の曲成状態での幅がプレートフィンの前記切欠部の長さと略一致するように設定されている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
【請求項6】 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器を備えた冷暖房機。
【請求項7】 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器を備えた冷凍機。

1. A large number of plate fins arranged at predetermined intervals in the left-right direction in a vertical state, and a notch portion recessed in the width direction from one side end of these plate fins are fitted in a horizontal state in a multi-stage upper and lower position. 5. The heat exchanger according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the cover material is set so that the width in a U-shaped bent state substantially matches the length of the notch portion of the plate fin.
6. A heating / cooling machine provided with the heat exchanger according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. A refrigerator provided with the heat exchanger according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
