[0005] When the user removes hot water from the bathtub 11 after finishing bathing, the water level sensor 7 detects a drop in water level due to the hot water being drained, and the bath adapter 10
When it is detected that the water level has dropped to below, it is determined that bathing has been completed, and in order to drain hot water remaining after bathing in the bath circulation pipes 9a and 9b, the on-off valve 3 is opened and fresh water (here Then, for the water containing dirt after bathing, water from the water source is distinguished and called clean water) and injected into the outgoing pipe 5a and the return pipe 5b, and the outgoing pipe 9a and the bath return pipe 9b of the reheating circuit 5. . As a result, the hot water containing dirt due to bathing remaining inside the pipe is discharged to the outside of the apparatus, so that the adhesion of dirt and corrosion of the pipe due to the residual water, or the generation of bacteria and the like are suppressed. As a result, the life of the device can be extended and the device can be cleaned. The operation of injecting the fresh water after the drainage and discharging the residual water is herein referred to as a self-cleaning operation.

However, the conventional automatic bath apparatus has the following problems. That is, there is no problem if the water level sensor 7 can correctly read the water level in the bathtub 11 at the time of drainage after bathing and perform the self-cleaning operation at the point of the bath adapter 10 to be operated. Depending on the influence of the error and the way the bath circulation piping is installed in the actual installation state, it is not always possible to accurately detect the correct water level. For example, if it is determined that the state of drainage is due to erroneous water level detection even while bathing, the bath adapter 1
A certain amount of low-temperature water is supplied from 0, which not only gives a bather discomfort but also wastes water and is not economical.

In order to deal with such a problem, in a device provided with a flow switch 6 as in the above-mentioned conventional example, after detecting a decrease in the water level by a water level sensor 7, the flow switch is operated while operating the circulation pump 4. 6 is monitored, and if the flow switch 6 does not operate, the water level has dropped below the bath adapter 10, so that there is a control that shifts to a self-cleaning operation. As shown in FIG. 4, the state of the residual water in the pipe immediately before shifting to the self-cleaning operation is almost full at the outgoing pipe 5a and the bath outgoing pipe 9a which are pushed out by the circulating pump 4, while the circulating pump 4 The air is sucked from the bath adapter 10 into the bath return pipe 9b and the return pipe 5b, which are the sides to be sucked in, and the state is halfway. In such a halfway state, when the on-off valve 3 is opened for a self-cleaning operation, each pipe 5 on the outgoing side is opened.
The a and 9a sides have a head pressure of H1 in the figure with reference to the bathtub 11, but the return side pipes 5b and 9b have a water head pressure of H in FIG. A water head pressure is required to exceed the height H3 of the torii pipe, which requires a considerably higher water pressure than the required pressure H1 of the pipe on the outgoing side. In the case of a device equipped with a pressure reducing valve such as the above, only the head pressure of about H2 (H3> H2) can be obtained as shown in FIG.
As a result, there is a problem that the self-cleaning operation in the return pipe cannot be performed.

FIG. 3 shows a self-cleaning operation performed when the bathtub 11 is drained, such as after the user finishes bathing.
This will be described with reference to the control flowchart of FIG. First, in step S1 of FIG. 3, the state of drainage is determined. When the water level sensor 7 detects a drop in the water level due to the hot water being drained from the bathtub 11, and when the determination unit 15 a of the control unit 15 determines that the water level has dropped below the bath adapter 10 from the detection signal of the water level sensor 7, Proceeding to step S2, the circulation pump 4
Drive. On the other hand, if no drainage is detected, step S1 is repeated. Next, in step S3, the determination unit 15a of the control unit 15 determines whether or not the flow switch 6 is operating while the circulation pump 4 is operating, and when the operation of the flow switch 6 is detected, the control unit 15 And returns to step S1. On the other hand, if the flow switch 6 does not operate in step S3, the determining unit 15a determines that the water level in the bathtub 11 has dropped below the bath adapter 10, and proceeds to step S5 to stop the operation of the circulation pump 4. Subsequently, in step S6, the control unit 15 sets the two-way valve 13
Then, the process proceeds to step S7, in which the opening / closing valve 3 is opened to inject fresh water from the pouring circuit 1, whereby the bath return pipe 9 changed to the position H in FIG.
The water level remaining in b is pushed up by the water source water pressure in the direction of arrow C in the figure. Here, due to the water pressure of the water source, the water level that exceeds the torii pipe eventually reaches the bath adapter 10, and both the returning pipes are filled with water. In the control, a certain period of time is set in advance assuming the time taken so far, and the operation of opening the on-off valve 3 is continued until the time reaches the certain time. (Corresponding to step S8 in FIG. 3) After a predetermined time has elapsed, the process proceeds to step S9, where the two-way valve 1
Open 3 and go back and inject water into both pipes. At this time, since both the returning pipes are already filled with water, the head difference is substantially the same as H1 in the figure, so that both pipes are equally injected and the self-cleaning operation can be performed correctly. In step S10, it is determined whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed since the opening of the two-way valve 13. After the predetermined time has elapsed, the process proceeds to step S11, where the on-off valve 3 is closed and the entire process of the self-cleaning operation is completed. . Thereby, after detecting the drainage of the bathtub water by the water level sensor 7, the presence or absence of circulation is detected by the flow switch 6 while operating the circulation pump 4 for a certain time, and when the circulation cannot be detected, the two-way valve 13 is closed. After injecting fresh water into the return pipe for a certain period of time, the two-way valve 13 is further opened to inject fresh water for a certain period of time. Even when a torii pipe or the like is formed on the way and the correct water level cannot be accurately detected, there is no problem that low-temperature water is supplied from the bath adapter 10 during bathing, and the bather is uncomfortable. Never give.
Further, since waste of water can be prevented, an economically advantageous and reliable self-cleaning operation can be performed.

As described above, according to the present invention, a pouring circuit for supplying hot water mixed at an appropriate temperature, a reheating circuit which is connected to the pouring circuit and includes a forward pipe and a return pipe,
A control unit for controlling the operation of the present apparatus is provided. After draining the bathtub water, a self-cleaning operation of injecting fresh water from the pouring circuit into the piping of the reheating circuit and discharging residual water from the piping is performed. In the automatic bath apparatus described above, at least a flow switch for detecting circulation of hot water in the outgoing pipe of the reheating circuit, a water level sensor for detecting a water level in the bathtub, and two ways for communicating and shutting off the outgoing pipe and the return pipe. A valve is provided, and a circulating pump for circulating hot water in the bathtub is provided in the return pipe of the reheating circuit. After detecting the drainage of the bathtub water by the water level sensor, the circulation pump is circulated by operating the circulation pump for a certain period of time. Is detected,
When circulation cannot be detected, after closing the two-way valve and injecting fresh water to the return pipe side for a certain period of time, further opening the two-way valve and injecting fresh water for a certain period of time, so when draining after bathing, Even if the correct water level cannot be accurately detected due to the effect of the measurement error of the water level sensor or the way of the bath circulation piping in the actual installation state, water may be supplied from the bath adapter during bathing. The bather does not cause any discomfort without causing any trouble. In addition, it is possible to prevent useless use of water.

When detecting the presence / absence of circulation with the flow switch while operating the circulation pump for a certain period of time, if the circulation can be detected, the lowering of the water level is further detected by a certain amount, and then the circulation pump is turned on again for a certain period of time. Since the flow switch detects the presence or absence of circulation during operation, it does not depend on the state of residual water in the piping immediately before shifting to the self-cleaning operation. Even if the device is equipped with a pressure reducing valve, a stable self-cleaning operation of the piping can be always performed.
