Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely leave a coloring material on the surface of a mesh fabric such as a lace and clearly express a glossy pattern on the surface of the mesh fabric by properly fixing the coloring material such as a metal foil even onto the mesh fabric with an adhesive. SOLUTION: A mesh fabric 1 such as a lace, an organdy, a gauze or a leno is superimposed through a transfer sheet 4 on a substrate 3 and the surface of the mesh fabric 1 is then coated with an adhesive 5 to fix a coloring material 2 such as a metal foil. After the adhesive 5 is solidified, the mesh fabric 1 and the transfer sheet 4 are peeled off. At this time, a thin film 4B formed on the transfer sheet 4 in an intact state thereof sticking to the adhesive 5 is peeled from a support 4A and transferred to the back surface side of the mesh fabric 1 to prevent the adhesive 5 from separating from the mesh fabric 1. Thereby, the coloring material 2 fixed with the adhesive 5 is securely left on the mesh fabric 1 and a glossy and clear pattern is formed.

2. Description of the Related Art In general, various decoration methods such as embroidery processing, printing processing using various dyes, and a method of fixing various coloring materials with an adhesive are known as a decoration method of a sheet-like cloth. Among them, the one in which the coloring material is fixed with an adhesive is called a gilding process or a foil process because a metal foil is mainly used as the coloring material, and is widely used for decoration of a kimono cloth. In this type of decoration method, for example, a cloth to be decorated is spread on a board made of a wooden board or the like, and the periphery thereof is fixed with an adhesive tape or the like. Then, a pattern is applied to the cloth to apply a synthetic resin-based or starch-based paste. Applying an adhesive consisting of a metal foil or gold powder as a coloring material on the applied portion and fixing it, or using an adhesive containing a pigment such as gold powder as a coloring material, or the like. The coloration by the coloring material is developed in the application portion of the present invention. According to such a decoration method, the pattern of the coloring material can be relatively easily and beautifully applied to the surface of the fabric.

However, the above-mentioned conventional methods can be applied to non-woven fabrics and thick fabrics, but are relatively porous and coarse, such as lace, organza, gauze, or gauze. When the same processing is applied to a thin sheet-like mesh cloth, there is a problem that a pattern made of a coloring material cannot be clearly displayed on the surface thereof.

[0004] That is, when the same kind of mesh fabric is subjected to the same processing as described above, the adhesive passes through the fabric and solidifies while adhering to the substrate. When the fabric is peeled off from the substrate, most of the adhesive is removed from the substrate. It is separated while adhering to the surface. As a result, the coloring material is also pulled out together with the adhesive from the through-holes of the mesh fabric toward the substrate side, and only a slightly blurred pattern due to the slightly remaining coloring material appears on the surface of the mesh fabric.

FIG. 2 shows a flow for obtaining the above-described decorative work cloth. As shown in this figure, as a first step, setting of a cloth, that is, a mesh cloth is performed.
Specifically, a mesh fabric for decoration and a substrate for supporting the fabric are prepared. The mesh fabric is a fibrous thin sheet having the above-mentioned through holes such as lace, and a wooden board having a size slightly larger than the mesh fabric is used as a substrate. Then, spread the mesh cloth on the substrate and fix the periphery with adhesive tape, etc., instead of directly overlaying the mesh cloth on the substrate, a predetermined thin film is placed between the substrate and the mesh cloth. Intervene. As the thin film, fine particles such as gold powder may be evenly spread on the substrate. In this example, a known transfer sheet formed by forming the thin film on a support such as a separator is used. That is, the transfer sheet is laid on the substrate with the transfer thin film facing upward, and the mesh fabric is overlaid and fixed on the thin film.

Therefore, an adhesive is applied as the next step. Specifically, an adhesive is applied to a portion on the surface of the mesh cloth. In particular, a predetermined pattern is used at the time of application. That is, an adhesive is partially applied onto the surface of the mesh fabric through the punched portion while the pattern paper having various patterns formed thereon is kept applied to the surface of the mesh fabric, and a predetermined amount of adhesive is applied to the surface of the mesh fabric by the adhesive. Copy the pattern. At this time, a part of the adhesive having fluidity reaches the back side of the mesh cloth through the through holes of the mesh cloth and adheres to the thin film of the transfer sheet as a base, but most of the adhesive is on the front side of the cloth. Remains stable.

Then, the coloring material is fixed next. That is, the coloring material is attached to the adhesive applied to the mesh cloth. As the coloring material, for example, a metal foil or gold powder is used as described above, and when this is adhered to the adhesive, the extra coloring material is removed from the mesh cloth using a brush or the like. Note that gold powder or another pigment may be used as a coloring material and may be dispersed in an adhesive in advance.

After fixing the colorant as described above, the colorant is left to stand for a certain period of time and dried until the adhesive solidifies. Then, as a final finish, the mesh fabric is removed from the substrate, and the mesh fabric and the transfer sheet are peeled off. Then, at this time, the thin film adhered to the application portion of the adhesive is partially separated from the support and transferred to the back side of the mesh fabric. For this reason,
The adhesive and the coloring material fixed by the adhesive are all left on the mesh fabric without falling off, and a glossy pattern by the coloring material can be clearly displayed on the surface thereof. In addition, when a colored coating film is used as the thin film, a reversible property is obtained because the pattern of the thin film is also lustrously formed on the back surface side of the mesh fabric as opposed to the pattern on the front surface side.

FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 show preferred working examples of the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 3 denotes a wooden substrate, on which the mesh cloth 1 is stacked via a transfer sheet 4. As shown in FIG. 5, the transfer sheet 4 is formed by forming a thin sheet such as a plastic film as a support 4A and forming a thin film 4B on one side thereof to be transferred to the mesh cloth 1. The thin film 4B is a coating film made of resin or metal, and has a thickness of several to several tens of μm. Although a method of forming such a coating film is known, for example, it can be formed by spraying a resin or a metal, or using a transparent paint in a resin system.
Alternatively, it can be formed using a paint containing a pigment. Then, the transfer sheet 4 is spread on the substrate 3 together with the mesh fabric 1 with the thin film 4B formed on one side thereof facing upward, and the periphery thereof is fixed with an adhesive tape.

Next, an adhesive 5 is applied to the surface of the mesh cloth 1. The mesh cloth 1 is a thin fiber sheet having a see-through property through which the adhesive 5 passes as described above. Use organdy dyed entirely in pink. On the other hand, the adhesive 5 is the mesh cloth 1
Although water-soluble ones such as starch paste can be used, synthetic resin-based oil-based pastes are used in this example. Then, after placing such an adhesive 5 on the mesh fabric 1 via the pattern 6, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, a metal foil 2 </ b> A is applied as the coloring material 2 or gold powder 2 </ b> B is sprayed on the mesh fabric 1. And fix it. Note that the coloring material 2 is specifically an aluminum foil or a powder, and is used in several colors, particularly colored in gold, etc., and is fixed several times for each color.
That is, after applying the adhesive 5 to a predetermined portion and fixing the coloring material 2, the adhesive 5 is again applied to another portion to fix the coloring material 2 having a different color, and this is repeated to repeat the floral pattern. And so on.

When all the fixing work of the coloring material 2 is completed, the adhesive 5 is left to dry for a certain time until it solidifies, and is dried.
Cure. The time required for drying depends on the adhesive used, but 30 to 60 minutes is sufficient. Thus, after the adhesive 5 is solidified, the mesh cloth 1 is peeled off from the transfer sheet 4 while removing the mesh cloth 1 from above the substrate 3. At this time, the back side of the mesh cloth 1 is coated with the adhesive 5 as shown in FIG. The thin film 4B of the transfer sheet is transferred to the application section.

As apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, a mesh material is overlaid on a transfer thin film, and in that state, a coloring material is fixed on the surface of the mesh material with an adhesive. Since the adhesive is left on the mesh fabric without being adhered onto the substrate or the like, a glossy pattern can be clearly displayed on the surface by the coloring material fixed with the adhesive. . In addition, since metal foil or gold powder is used as a coloring material, a luxurious appearance is exhibited in a glossy pattern, and since the base is a mesh fabric, it is possible to sew light and comfortable clothes. In particular, it is possible to tailor it to a novel Japanese style dress such as hammering or kimono and spread it.
