2. Description of the Related Art A slitter is formed by slitting a wide web such as paper or plastic film vertically and winding the slit narrow web into a rolled product. In general, a device is used in which the material is distributed to and wound on two winding shafts which are not arranged on the same axis so as not to be distorted. In order to take out the slitter winding product from the slitter out of the slitter, remove the support at one end of the winding shaft to make it cantilevered, and then pull out the slitter winding product in the axial direction and take it out. Moving the product is difficult because the load of winding is heavy on the worker and the work is difficult, and it is mechanically undesirable that the load of the slitter wound product is imposed on the cantilever winding shaft, In addition, providing equipment such as a conveyor parallel to the winding shaft for moving the slitter winding product complicates the equipment and reduces the space around the winding shaft, thereby improving workability such as terminal processing. There was an obstacle such as lowering. In addition, in the conventional apparatus, it is necessary to take out the slitter winding product from each of the winding shafts one by one and carry it out of the slitter, and then mount the core on the winding shaft for winding in the next process. However, since the slitter is stopped for a long time, the operation rate is reduced.

The core end surface pushing rod 66 is a rod having a length substantially equal to the maximum diameter of the slitter winding product 12, and its base end is attached to the horizontal plate 44 of the transport frame 34a via the fulcrum shaft 67, and the tip is forward of the transport frame 34a. The tip is provided so as to be able to invert in the direction D about the fulcrum shaft 67. After the winding is completed, the core end surface pushing rod 66 has its tip raised upward to abut the side of the rod against the core 15, and when the conveying means 31 conveys the slitter winding product 12, the base of the winding shaft 11 is conveyed. Slitter winding product 1 located on the end side
The second core 15 is pressed to smoothly pull out the slitter winding product 12 from the winding shaft 11. Slitter winding product 1
In the case where the winding hardness of No. 2 is soft or the winding diameter is different on one winding shaft, etc., the slitter winding product 12 is supported from below by the transfer table 32 immediately after the winding is completed and the conveying means When the core 31 is moved, the contact resistance between the outer periphery of the slitter winding product 12 and the transfer table 32 and the contact resistance between the core 15 and the winding shaft 11 may cause collapse. By using, it is possible to pull out from the winding shaft without causing the above-described winding collapse.

When the transport means 31 moves to the winding section 10,
First, as shown in FIG.
To move the conveying means 31 toward the unloading section 30 so that the winding shaft 1 is rotated.
The slitter winding product 12 wound in 1 is pressed on the winding shaft 11 in the direction of the unloading section 30 at a narrow interval. After moving the conveying means 31 until the interval between the slitter winding products 12 is narrowed, the conveying table 32 is moved up by operating the elevating cylinder 46 so that the conveying table 32 supports the slitter winding product 12 from below. The load of the winding product 12 is not applied to the winding shaft 11. Next, the support means 20 supporting one end of the winding shaft 11 is retracted by the operation of the drive cylinder, so that the winding shaft 11 is cantilevered (see FIG. 4).

When the slitter take-up product 12 is transferred to the mounting table 51, the leading end position of the take-up shaft 11 is open, so that the core 15 used in the next take-up step is mounted on the take-up shaft 11. Then, the next winding can be started immediately. Thus, the slitter winding product 12 is detached from the winding shaft 11,
After the transfer to the unloading section 30, the core 15 to be used in the next process can be mounted on the winding shaft 11 immediately after the transfer to the mounting table 51 arranged in parallel, so that the slitter winding product 12 is unloaded. Slitter stop time can be minimized, and productivity can be significantly improved.

After the next winding is started, the conveying means 31 is moved from the unloading section 30 to the winding section 10 (see FIG. 9). As described above, the slitter winding product 12 mounted on the mounting table 51 starts the next winding first, and while the transporting means 31 is moving to the winding unit 10 side, as shown in FIG. As shown in the drawing, the user can carry out the vehicle using the carrier 65 in front of the mounting table 51. At this time, the work of pushing out the slitter winding product 12 from the mounting table 51 to the carrier 65 is performed by pushing out the slitter winding product 12 by the pushing means 54 provided at the rear of the mounting table 51 and transferring the slitter wound product 12 to the carrier 65. It is carried out (see FIG. 10).

As described above, according to the present invention, in order to take out the slitter winding product outside the apparatus, the support at one end of the winding shaft is removed to make the slitter winding product axially withdrawn. When the take-up is completed and the slitter take-up product is to be carried out by the device, the transfer means provided with a carrier table for placing and carrying the slitter take-up product is moved from the transfer section to the take-up section, and the transfer is performed. Raise the base to support the slitter winding product from below, extract it from the winding shaft in the axial direction without imposing a load on the cantilevered winding shaft, and convey it from the winding unit to the unloading unit. Immediately after being transferred to the mounting table arranged side by side, the core used in the next winding step can be mounted on the winding shaft, and the winding in the next step can be started. On the other hand, the slitter take-up product placed on the mounting table is pushed out of the slitter take-up product to the carrier by the pushing means provided in the holding means while the transport means is being moved to the take-up section, and the product is transferred and unloaded. can do. Further, in the present invention, since the slitter winding product which has been sorted and wound into two upper and lower stages can be simultaneously extracted from the winding shaft and transported from the upper and lower stages, conventionally, the slitter wound product is extracted from the winding shaft for each stage. The operation rate can be remarkably improved as compared with the apparatus in which the winding of the next process can be started after the operation of carrying out the sheet to the outside of the slitter apparatus is completed.
In this way, the unloading of the slitter roll-up product was facilitated without the operator performing intensive work, and the stopping time for unloading the slitter roll-up product was shortened, thereby improving the operating rate.
