【請求項8】 請求項1に記載のポリペプチドに対する抗体を検出することを特徴とする病原性抗酸菌症の診断法。
【請求項9】 病原性抗酸菌症が結核、MAC(Mycobacterium avium-intracellulare complex)、ハンセン氏病からなる群から選ばれる請求項8に記載の診断法。

1. A polypeptide having immunogenicity against pathogenic mycobacteria represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 (205 amino acids) in which one or more amino acids may be substituted, added or deleted.
