と、1個の正逆転可能な電動モ−タ5とを設け、該電動
モ−タ5の回転動力を伝動して撹拌体軸2及び投下弁軸
4に伝動可能な伝動機構6を設け、該伝動機構6に投下
弁軸4を昇降するカム7とカム駆動手段とカム駆動手段
に至る間にワンウエイクラッチ8とを設けていることを
