開封用摘み部側から蓋材を一部剥離させて容器の内部に
熱湯を注ぎ一定時間放置した後に、湯切り用摘み部側か
ら外蓋と内蓋を部分的に剥離させることにより、内蓋に
湯切り孔が形成されるので容易に湯切りを行うことがで
きる。また、蓋材が容器口部に熱接着されて密封される
ので内容物の臭いが包装体の外部に漏れ出すことがな
い。上記湯切り孔付き蓋材において、離型層がベタ離型
層と網点離型層の組合せにて構成されており、前記内蓋
に形成された前記剥離開始用切目に対向する位置に所定
巾の線状でベタ離型層が形成された構成とすることによ
り、剥離開始用切目に対向する位置に形成されたベタ離
型層の部分から外蓋と内蓋を剥離することになり、容易
に剥離を開始することができる。さらに、所定巾の線状
で形成されたベタ離型層を除いた前記剥離開始用切目と
前記外蓋切目とで囲まれる領域の外側全周が、所定巾の
線状で形成された網点離型層であるとともに、前記網点
離型層の内側領域がベタ離型層で形成された構成とする
ことにより、剥離開始を容易に保つとともに、所定巾の
線状で形成されたベタ離型層を除いた前記剥離開始用切
目と前記外蓋切目とで囲まれる領域の外側全周に、網点
離型層が設けられているので、容器に蓋材を取り付けた
内容物を包装した状態で輸送、保管する際に外蓋が剥離
してくることがなく、かつその内側領域がベタ離型層で
形成されているので、剥離も軽く行えるものである。上
記湯切り孔付き蓋材において、湯切り孔切目の中央部と
対向する領域が離型層非形成部とされている構成とする
ことにより、外蓋を部分的に剥離した際に内蓋の湯切り
孔切目に囲まれた部分が外蓋に接着した状態で除去でき
るので確実に湯切り孔を形成することができる。上記湯
切り孔付き蓋材において、湯切り孔用切目および前記剥
離開始用切目が、前記内蓋と前記外蓋が積層された後に
前記内蓋の前記外蓋と接していない面からのハーフカッ
トにより形成された構成とすることにより、確実に湯切
り孔が形成できる。上記湯切り孔つき蓋材において、前
記外蓋が紙層単体ないしは紙層とプラスチックフィルム
の積層体からなり、前記内蓋がポリエチレン層とアルミ
ニウム箔と熱接着性樹脂層ないしはポリエチレン層と紙
層とアルミニウム箔と熱接着性樹脂層からなる構成とす
ることにより、ガスバリヤー性が優れるとともに、カー
ルが少なくなり容器に蓋を熱接着する際の作業性がよく
なる。

る部分に少なくとも1つの外方に突出する湯切り用摘み
部が形成されるとともに、前記湯切り用摘み部と前記湯
切り孔用切目との間で前記内蓋を2分する剥離開始用切
目が形成され、少なくとも前記剥離開始用切目と前記外
蓋切目とで囲まれる領域において前記外蓋と前記内蓋と
が離型層を介して積層されていることを特徴とする湯切
り孔付き蓋材。
