Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open a case easily with small force by forming a flat through hole at the center of a mating face between a first loop-like section formed in an upper case and a second loop-like section formed in a lower case. SOLUTION: A through hole 40 is formed at the center of a mating face between a first loop-like section 33 formed in an upper case and a second loop- like section 37 formed in a lower case. To open the case, a part of a flat object such as a coin is inserted into the through hole 40 and tweaked. The flat object, for example, a coin can be inserted to a wider part into the hole, for example, about a quarter of the entire area can be inserted. When the flat object is twisted, both edges of the wider part abut against both the first and the second loop-like sections 33, 37, thereby exerting large torque. As a result, the case can be separated into an upper and a lower case by light tweaking.

When a part of the plate-like material 22 such as a coin is inserted into the plate insertion recess 15 formed at one base of the loop-like portion 17 and the plate-like material 22 is twisted, as shown in FIG. Since the locking claw 11 located at a position adjacent to the plate insertion recess 15 is disengaged from the locking groove 12, a slight gap e is formed between the upper case 4 and the lower case 7, so that both gaps e are formed in the gap e. The upper case 4 and the lower case 7 are divided into two by inserting the thumb nail of the user and prying open.

The conventional small case for storing electronic parts is thought to be easily twisted by making the recess 15 for inserting the plate deep to make the state of engagement with the plate-like material 22 such as a coin good. In this case, the peripheral wall 3 of the electronic component storage small case 1
Unless the thickness of the case is increased, a concave portion having a deep groove cannot be formed, and the outer shape of the case may increase due to the increase in the thickness. For this reason, priority is given to downsizing of the case, and if the wall thickness is reduced, the state of engagement with the plate-like object 22 such as a coin becomes shallow, and the upper case 4 and the lower case 7 When the fitting is released, the plate-shaped object 22 is prevented from coming off the plate
There is a trouble that the plate 22 must be twisted with care so as not to break the corners of the plate 5 with the plate 22.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the case can be easily opened only by inserting the plate-like object into the joint of the case and applying a small external force. is there. Also, since the case can be opened with a small external force, there is an effect that the fitting force of the case can be made stronger than before. According to the second invention, the strength of the peripheral wall of the concave groove of both loop-shaped portions can be made equal, and the torsional operation force of the plate-like object is evenly received, so that there is an effect that only one of them is not broken. is there.
