Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for sweeping and wiping which can completely remove dust and soil of a black board, a white board, a building floor, a side wall, a furniture, furnishings or the like by using an ultrafine fiber fabric. SOLUTION: Two or more small piercing holes 2 are provided, at appropriate interval therebetween, on an ultrafine fiber fabric 1 having optional width and length, and a sponge material 3 having an optional thickness is adhered on an entire surface of the ultrafine fiber fabric 1 by an adhering means for integrally constructing. The ultrafine fiber fabric 1 can be used repeatedly, however it is not permeable to water and does not generate bubbles if a detergent is applied because it is a nonwoven fabric composed of very fine fiber. Therefore, it is integrated with the sponge material 3 for using.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, materials for wiping the floor of a room include brooms, mops, rags, sponge materials, and the like.
For cleaning window glass, room furniture, decorations, etc., beatings and the like have been used in addition to rags, sponge materials and the like. In addition, blackboards and whiteboards were erased using special wiping tools (blackboard wipes, whiteboard wipes) to absorb the generated powder. Recently, a wiping member having a sponge material adhered to one surface of an ultrafine fiber cloth has been used, or a wiping device having the wiping member attached thereto has been provided.

However, the wiping member used in the wiping tool has the following disadvantages. a. The rags and mops could not be wiped off without immersion in water or silicone. b. Recently, the ultra-fine fiber cloth that has been provided is an extremely fine fiber, so it is difficult to absorb moisture by itself, and a sponge material is adhered to one side, but the surface of the ultra-fine fiber cloth is When detergent is used, bubbles are hard to come out,
It was not an excellent wiping material. c. In addition, the moisture and detergent bubbles contained in the sponge do not appear on the wiping surface, so that not only the cleaning effect is weak, but also the drying after use is slow, which has a problem in hygiene. An object of the present invention is to provide a wiping member in which a microfiber cloth provided with a plurality of small through holes and a sponge material are integrally formed in order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a plan view of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line IV-1IV in FIG. 3, and FIG. In the figure, reference symbol A in the figure indicates a wiping member. 1
Is a cloth made of ultra-fine fibers, and this ultra-fine fiber cloth 1 has a special property that powders and dirt that are difficult to remove without using a detergent can be completely wiped off. Stain that can be removed and removed with a detergent can be used repeatedly, but it can be used repeatedly. However, since the fibers are extremely thin non-woven fabric, they do not pass water and do not foam even when detergent is applied. 3 and used together. Numeral 2 is a small through hole provided at an appropriate interval in the ultrafine fiber cloth 1, and water or detergent absorbed by the sponge material 3 is used for the small through hole.
The cleaning effect of the microfiber cloth is further enhanced by oozing onto the surface through the surface. In addition, the through hole 2
In providing, if the number of holes is too large or the diameter of the holes is too large, the strength of the ultrafine fiber cloth 1 becomes low. Therefore, it is desirable to provide an appropriate number of small holes with an appropriate hole diameter. The sponge material 3 is not a specific one, and the effect of the wiping material hardly changes with a commonly used foam material or cloth material.
When the wiping material of the present invention configured as described above is actually used, as shown in FIG. 2, the wiping material is used as it is, like a rag or the like. In this case, it is possible to easily squeeze or knead, so that the dirt attached to the wiping material can be easily removed. In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, the present invention can also be used to clean out of reach locations using a wiping tool B with a handle 4. If the wiping member A is detachably provided on the wiping member B using a hook-and-loop fastener or the like, the dirty wiping member can be removed, washed, and used again and again.

The present invention configured as described above has the following effects. a. Since the wiping material is made of ultra-fine fiber cloth and sponge material, it can be easily used by infants and elderly people. b. The powder and dust generated at the time of wiping are wiped off with an ultra-fine fiber cloth, and attached dirt other than paint can be almost completely wiped off without damaging. c. At the time of wiping, static electricity is generated in the microfiber cloth, and the powder and dust are not adsorbed by the microfiber cloth, so that they do not scatter at all. d. The ultra-fine fiber cloth, which has become very dirty due to dust and dirt attached thereto, can be easily removed by washing with water, and dirt that is difficult to remove can be easily removed by using a detergent. e. Washing of tableware, window glass, flooring, and the like can completely remove stains only with water without using a detergent, so that it is possible to prevent the hands from being roughened by the detergent and to prevent pollution of drainage.
