2. Description of the Related Art A cargo truck is provided with a carrier on which cargo to be carried is mounted. Recently, the weight of vehicles has been reduced by using a lightweight and strong extruded aluminum material as a structural material of a carrier. Since the extruded aluminum material has a beautiful surface and excellent corrosion resistance, it is suitable for transporting foods, chemicals and the like in a clean state. When the floor surface of the cargo bed made of the extruded aluminum material is made easy to slide, the cargo can be loaded at a predetermined position on the cargo bed while sliding the cargo pallet such as a resin pallet containing the luggage, thereby facilitating the cargo handling operation. . The fact that the resin pallet or the like is slippery means that the cargo handling worker who moves on the carrier at the same time easily slips. The loading platform is a narrow space in which various loads are loaded, and is located at a high position above the ground. Therefore, the floor surface of the loading platform that easily slips is a place hatred by the cargo handling worker.

As means for preventing the floor of the loading platform from slipping, the floor is roughened by shot blasting. However, on a cargo bed floor surface roughened by shot blasting, the slip of the cargo handling pallet becomes poor, which hinders the cargo handling work. In addition, abrasion occurs in a short period of time due to rubbing with a cargo pallet or the like, and the slip prevention function is reduced. Therefore, the present inventors attach a plurality of ridges extending in the longitudinal direction to the extruded material constituting the floor of the loading platform in order to secure slipping of the pallet for cargo handling and prevent slippage of the cargo handling worker. It has been proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 9-132164 that a crushed portion is provided in a part of the. The proposed truck floor structure mainly uses a hollow aluminum extruded shape whose upper and lower parts are connected by ribs. A hollow aluminum extruded shape (hereinafter referred to as hollow material)
Although excellent in strength, the use of hollow material dies in the extrusion process reduces the extrusion speed and increases the production cost. Also, compared to the open material in which the ribs protrude from the front side to the back side, the weight increases by the amount of the back side,
There is room for improvement in vehicle parts for which weight reduction is strongly required.

Therefore, an open material is used in place of the hollow material, and a ridge with a crushed portion is provided on the surface of the open material to secure the slip of the cargo pallet and prevent the cargo worker from slipping. Can be considered. However, if a crushed portion is formed on the ridge 2 provided on the surface of the open material 1 by knurling or the like, warpage ΔH is likely to occur as shown in FIG. Warp ΔH
May reach about 10 mm with an open material having a width W of 355 mm. When such an open material 1 is laid as a loading floor, a part of the open material 1 rises from the joist of the truck, and the constructed loading floor becomes unstable.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, an open material provided with a ridge with a crushing portion which is effective for suppressing the occurrence of warpage and preventing slippage of a cargo handling pallet and slipping of a cargo handling worker is used on a floor surface of a loading platform. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a lighter and more stable truck floor structure.
In order to achieve the object, a truck floor structure according to the present invention has a main component adjacent to a main component made of an extruded aluminum member having a locking portion and an engaging portion formed at both ends in a width direction. The main component has a cross-sectional shape in which a plurality of ribs protrude on the back surface of the face plate, and the main component has a longitudinal section on both the front and back surfaces of the face plate. A plurality of ridges extending in the direction are formed, and a part of the ridges on both front and back sides is a crushed portion that is crushed. When crushed portions are formed on the front side ridge and the back side ridge under the same conditions, the distortion introduced at the time of forming the crushed portion becomes equal on the front side and the back side, and the member after the crushed portion is formed may be generated. This reduces warpage. When waterproofness is required, as in a freezer car, etc., a sealing material should be interposed between the engaging portion and the engaging portion of the adjacent main component so that no gap is formed in the fitting portion. Is preferred. As the sealing material, rubber, soft synthetic resin, or the like having the same length as the main constituent members is used.

Due to the formation of the crushing portions 16, 16,..., When the cargo handling worker works on the carrier, the shoe soles are elastically deformed and mesh with the crushing portions 16, 16,. An operator is prevented from slipping. On the other hand, the cargo handling pallet has a large installation area,
Regardless of 6, 16,..., It comes into contact with the top surfaces of the ridges 14, 14,. However, when the crushing portions 16, 16,... Are formed on the ridges 14, 14,.
The warp ΔH described with reference to FIG. Therefore, a similar crushed portion (not shown) is formed on the ridges 15, 15,... On the back surface side. Since the crushing portions 16 are formed on both the ridges 14 on the front side and the ridges 15 on the back side, distortion introduced at the time of knurling or the like is limited to the front side of the open material 10. It is equal on the back side. As a result, the occurrence of the warpage ΔH described with reference to FIG. 1 is suppressed, and the flatness of the face plate portion 11 is maintained even after processing.

As described above, according to the present invention, an open member having ribs protruding in one direction from a face plate is used as a main constituent member of a truck floor, and a plurality of members extending in the longitudinal direction of the carrier. Ridges are provided on both front and back sides of the face plate, and the ridges are formed with crushed parts, so that the cargo handling pallet containing the luggage slips, but it has a slip prevention effect for cargo handling workers. As a result, a floor with high flatness can be obtained. Therefore, the cargo handling work is facilitated and the safety of the cargo handling worker is achieved. In addition, since the weight is almost half as compared with the hollow material, it is suitably used as a vehicle-mounted member which is strongly required to be reduced in weight.
