Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture of an optical fiber cable capable of being stably and simply mounted on the approximately upper half circumference in a pipe and mounting the optical fiber cable at the upper part in the pipe. SOLUTION: A recessed curve section 1a for bearing an optical fiber cable 3 is formed in the center of a fixture 1 of an approximately semi-circular leaf spring slightly longer than the upper half circumference of the inside of a pipe 2, curved plate sections 1b and 1b on both sides of the recessed curve section 1a are so expanded to both outsides that an interval between the lower ends of them is larger than the inside diameter of the pipe 2, and curvature of the curved plate sections 1b and 1b is substantially set in 1/2 of the inside of the pipe 2. Then, both curved plate sections 1b and 1b are pushed against the inside of the pipe to insert the fixture 1 into the pipe in a state to reduce the diameter thereof, both curved plate sections 1b and 1b are expanded by elastic restoring force of the leaf spring to press contact and fix to the approximately upper half circumference of the inside of the pipe, and the optical fiber cable 3 is borne on the recessed curve section 1a and is mounted at the upper part in the pipe.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an optical fiber cable fixture which is fixed by being pressed against substantially the upper half of the inner surface of a tube. A concave portion for supporting an optical fiber cable is formed in the center of a substantially semi-annular spring plate slightly longer than the upper half circumference of the inner surface of the tube, and the curved plate portions on both sides of the concave portion have an interval between their lower ends. It is characterized in that it is widened outward on both sides so as to be larger than the inside diameter of the tube, and that the radius of curvature of the curved plate portion is set to substantially one half of the inside diameter of the tube.

[0007] In the mounting device having such a configuration, the curved plate portions on both sides of the concave curved portion of the substantially semi-annular spring plate are pressed inward, and the interval between the lower ends of the curved plate portions is smaller than the inner diameter of the tube. While the diameter is reduced, it is inserted to a predetermined position in the pipe by a construction robot or the like. At that time, the optical fiber cable inserted into the tube is placed in the concave curved portion at the center of the spring plate. And when the pressing of the curved plate portion is released at a predetermined position in the pipe,
With the elastic restoring force of the spring plate, both curved plate parts expand to both sides and press against almost the upper half of the inner surface of the tube, and the mounting fixture is fixed in a state where the curved plate portion is in tight contact with the inner surface of the tube without gaps The optical fiber cable is supported by the concave portion at the center thereof and is attached to the upper part in the tube.

As the spring plate constituting the fixture 1, a rust-proof metal plate such as spring steel or stainless steel which has been subjected to rust prevention is suitable, and a thin plate having a plate thickness of 1 mm or less is preferably used. Mounting device 1 made of a spring plate thicker than 1 mm
Is not preferable because solid matter contained in the drainage flowing in the pipe may get caught on the curved plate portions 1b, 1b of the fixture 1 and cause clogging of the pipe. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, both side surfaces 1c of the curved plate portion 1b of the spring plate,
Forming 1c on an inclined surface is preferred because it has the advantage that solids are less likely to be caught and clogging of the tube can be almost completely prevented.

A mounting member 1 comprising a substantially semi-annular spring plate.
Is formed slightly longer than the upper half circumference of the inner surface of the pipe as described above, and when mounted on the upper half circumference of the pipe, both curved plate portions 1 are formed.
It is necessary that the lower ends of b and 1b be located slightly below the center of the tube 2. When the length of the fixture 1 is shorter than the upper half circumference of the inner surface of the tube, both the curved plate portions 1b, 1b
Is expanded by the elastic restoring force, and the mounting position of the fixture 1 is lowered until the lower end thereof is at the same height as the center of the pipe 2, so that a large gap is generated between the curved plate portions 1b, 1b and the pipe inner surface, Although the stability of the fixture 1 is greatly impaired, the length of the fixture 1 is set such that the lower ends of the curved plate portions 1b, 1b are located slightly below the center of the tube 2 as described above. Is formed slightly longer than the upper half circumference of the fitting 1, the mounting position of the fitting 1 is not lowered, and the curved plate portions 1 b, 1 b are brought into close contact with the inner surface of the pipe and pressed against the inner surface of the pipe by elastic restoring force. Can be stably mounted.

The width of the spring plate of the fixture 1 is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 1/15 to 1/2 of the inner diameter of the tube 2. If the width of the spring plate is smaller than 1/15 of the inner diameter of the tube, the mounting fixture 1 is likely to be tilted back and forth with respect to the axial direction of the tube, and the stability may be impaired. If it is wider than 2, the amount of use of the spring plate increases and the cost increases.

First, both curved plate portions 1b, 1 of the fixture 1 are provided.
b is pressed inward, the diameter of the lower end is reduced so that the distance W between the lower ends thereof is smaller than the inner diameter of the tube 2, and the optical fiber cable 3 inserted into the tube is placed on the concave bending portion 1a. 1 is inserted into the pipe by the construction robot. When the fixture 1 reaches a predetermined position in the pipe, the curved plate portions 1b, 1
Release the pressing of b. When the pressing is released in this manner, both the curved plate portions 1b, 1b are expanded to both sides by the elastic restoring force of the spring plate, and are brought into pressure contact with substantially the upper half of the inner surface of the tube, so that the curved plate portions 1b, 1b are pressed.
The fixture 1 is fixed in a state where 1b is tightly adhered along the inner surface of the tube 2 without any gap, and the optical fiber cable 3 is supported by the concave portion 1a at the center thereof, and is attached to the upper part in the tube.

As shown in FIG. 5, when the fitting 10 having such a structure is mounted on the upper half of the pipe 2 by pressing the curved plate portions 1b, 1b against the inner surface of the pipe in the same manner as the mounting 1, the fitting is stable. Since the wing piece 1d abuts on the inner surface of the pipe 2 along the pipe axis direction, the curved plate portion 1b of the fixture 10 is prevented from being inclined forward and backward with respect to the pipe axis direction as shown by a dashed line. And the stability of the fixture 10 is greatly improved. Further, since the plurality of protrusions 1e bite into the inner surface of the pipe 2 and the fixture 10 is fixed, the fear that the fixture 10 moves in the pipe axis direction due to drainage flowing in the pipe is also eliminated.

In the fixture 10 of this embodiment, the stabilizing wing pieces 1d are formed only near the upper ends of the curved plates 1b, 1b, but further near the center and lower ends of the curved plates 1b, 1b. May also be formed to further enhance the stability of the fixture 10. In this embodiment, the protrusion 1e is formed only on the outer surface of the upper end of the curved plate portion 1b.
The projection 1e may be formed anywhere on the outer surface of the curved plate portions 1b, 1b, and is not limited to the outer surface of the upper end. In some cases, a protrusion 1e may be formed on the outer surface (upper surface) of the stable wing piece 1d.

As is apparent from the above description, the optical fiber cable mounting device of the present invention can be stably and easily mounted on almost the upper half of the inside of the tube, and the concave fiber portion supports the optical fiber cable. It has a remarkable effect that it can be attached to the upper part in the pipe, and also has the effect that it can be mass-produced at low cost because of its simple structure.
