SOLUTION: This playing adapter has a shape (a) capable of being completed so as to be fitted the dentitions of all person. The adapter has the dimensions of 3 cm-6 cm length, 1.5 cm to 4.0 cm width, and 1 mm-5 mm thickness. The adapter is used by immerging (b) it into warm water at a specified temperature to make it into a deformable state, thereby deforming the shape. The adapter uses polyolefin resin as a material.
