の幅方向中央部で接合しており、前記環状部材のコア幅
方向へ延びる環径を弾性的に変化させることができる弾
性材料を含み、 前記止着手段が、前記コアの幅を２等分する中心線に沿
って前記ナプキンの下面に延びており、前記コアの幅の
５〜５０％に相当する幅を有していることを特徴とする
