However, when the thermoplastic elastomer material serving as the secondary molded body is melted and integrated with the primary molded body made of a synthetic resin material, the thermoplastic elastomer material is used in the injection molding die. There is a problem in that it enters the gap and causes molding defects due to generation of burrs. That is, in the case of two-color molding, during the secondary molding, the primary molded body is inserted into the space of the cavity engraved in the molding die, and since the primary molded body is made of synthetic resin, shrinkage after molding, etc. As a result, as compared with a normal injection mold, a dimensional error is large, and since the material is moved inside the cavity due to the pressure of the material to be filled, a gap is easily generated between the mold and the mold. Since the plastic elastomer material has a high viscosity dependence on the shear rate and it is difficult to control the molding process, the secondary molded product enters the gap between the molding die and the primary molded product, and tends to generate burrs, resulting in a defective product. Was. In particular, when the shape of a molded product is complicated by being formed by a three-dimensional curve, or when molding is performed using a multi-cavity molding die, a primary molded product and a secondary product into which the primary molded body is inserted are inserted. Since it is difficult to adjust the size of the molding die cavity, it is difficult to prevent burrs.

[0004] Further, such a multi-color molded product is often molded for the purpose of improving the grip feeling when gripped with a hand such as a handle. However, when a burr comes out, it is gripped with a hand. Not only does it sometimes give you discomfort,
There was a problem that the quality also deteriorated in appearance. further,
Under molding conditions in which the injection pressure and the resin temperature are reduced so as not to cause burrs, there have been problems that the ends of the primary molded product and the secondary molded product are easily peeled off, and that sink marks become noticeable in appearance. Moreover, in the conventional two-color molding method, as shown in FIG. 7, there is a gap d 1 between the molding die when the molten resin as a secondary molded body b is to fill the cavity portion d of the molding die In order to avoid such burrs as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, the secondary molded body b on the primary molded body a must have a simple design shape. In particular, the parting line of the molding die and the parting line are likely to have steps and give a sense of incongruity when gripping the molded product. Therefore, it is necessary to cover the part with a thermoplastic elastomer material. Although it is desirable that this portion adopts a diverse and complicated design as shown in FIG.
Therefore, there is a tendency that coating with a thermoplastic elastomer material is avoided, and in addition, when burrs appear, abrasion of a molding die is promoted and there is a problem that the life of the die is shortened. The present invention seeks to solve these conventional problems,
Even in a variety of design forms with two-color molding using a thermoplastic elastomer material, burrs do not occur on the surface joining edge of different materials, it can be integrally molded reliably, and the thermoplastic elastomer is applied to places where burrs are likely to appear It is an object of the present invention to provide a two-color molded product having a high-quality feeling without sink marks on the appearance without providing any design restriction without providing any material.

The secondary resin material of the secondary molding 3 is a polyolefin selected in consideration of the compatibility with the primary molding 2 disposed in the cavity 34 of the secondary molding die 30. A thermoplastic elastomer material such as a thermoplastic elastomer, a polyamide, a polystyrene, a polyurethane or a polyester is used. More specifically, examples of the thermoplastic elastomer material include polyolefin-based TPE (TPE: thermoplastic elastomer), polystyrene-based TPE, polyurethane-based TPE, polyester-based TPE, 1,2-polybutadiene-based TPE, ethylene-vinyl acetate-based TPE, and polystyrene-based TPE. Various TPEs such as a vinyl chloride-based TPE, a natural rubber-based TPE, a fluorine-based rubber TPE, and a trans-polyisoprene-based TPE can be used. The actual handle is used by appropriately combining the primary material and the secondary material. In the case of a toothbrush handle, considering the physical properties and price required for the material for the toothbrush and mutual compatibility, polypropylene and polyolefin-based materials are used. It is preferable to use TPE. For example, as the polyolefin-based TPE, one obtained by selecting EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer) as a rubber component and polypropylene as a hard component, blending them, and partially or entirely cross-linking them is used. Then, the thermoplastic elastomer material filled in a molten state is heat-sealed and integrated at the joint with the primary molded body 2. According to the present invention, a streamlined curved outer edge protruding in the molten resin flow direction at the time of secondary molding is provided at at least one of the surface joining edges of the primary molded body and the secondary molded body. The thickness of the edge of the primary molded body at the surface joining edge is gradually reduced toward the tip to form a sharp thin piece, and the primary molded body is formed into a secondary molded body secondary part. By arranging in a molding die and integrally molding the secondary molded body with the primary molded body with the secondary resin material of the thermoplastic elastomer material, the integrally molded product of the primary molded body and the secondary molded body is various. Even in the design form, at the surface joining edge, it is possible to prevent the secondary molded body from going around the surface of the primary molded body and forming burrs,
A molded article with a good grip feeling can be obtained,
Due to the deburring effect, it is possible to make a molded body that can faithfully represent various designs without being restricted by the design that a thermoplastic elastomer material part is not provided in places where burrs are likely to appear, Since there is no burr, the wear of the molding die can be prevented, the life of the molding die can be prolonged, and a low-cost molded product can be obtained. Also, the tip formed on the primary molded body can increase the joining force between the primary molded body and the secondary molded body by the sharp thin piece, without the secondary molded body peeling from the primary molded body, It is possible to produce a high-quality multicolor molded article having a remarkably good feeling in use and having no sink mark in appearance. In addition, at least one end of the surface joining edge of the primary molded body with the secondary molded body has a streamlined curved outer edge, and the thickness of the curved outer edge gradually decreases toward the tip. By forming the thin piece into a thin piece and covering and holding the thin piece with a secondary molded body formed of a secondary resin material of a thermoplastic elastomer material, the secondary molded body wraps around the surface of the primary molded body Thus, it is possible to provide a multicolor molded product having excellent appearance quality and high commercial value without causing burrs.
