Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent treatment capability and lower the labor cost and make a regenerated oil usable as a fuel due to high purity and dust and water removal by carrying out a series of processes for separation of oil and water from polluted water, removal of dust in the oil, and regeneration and recovery of waste oil by removing remaining water from the oil. SOLUTION: This oil and water separation/purification apparatus 1 for separating oil and water of polluted water based on the gravity comprises a first oil and water separation tank 3, a second oil and water separation tank 8, and a washing water spraying apparatus 10 for removing dust mixed in the oil. The oil from which water is separated by the oil and water separation purification apparatus 1 is further treated for water separation by an oil and water separation discharge tank and discharged to a remaining water removal apparatus through an oil amount adjusting tank, and the remaining water is removed by a heating means. The oil discharged out of the remaining water removal apparatus is cooled by an oil cooling tank.

The washing water is set to be sprayed in the direction indicated by the arrow A, which is opposite to the direction in which the oil flows out from the washing machine. The reason why the spray direction of the washing water is set to the opposite direction is to prevent dust from flowing to the overflow pipes 6 and 13 by water pressure, and to make the sprayed water adhere to the dust. Thus, the specific gravity of the dust is increased, and the dust is settled from the oil A layer to the moisture B layer to remove the dust from the oil.

The present embodiment is configured as described above.
Next, the operation will be described. In the drawing, the liquid level of the oil component A is indicated by a dashed line, and the boundary between the oil component A and the moisture B is indicated by a broken line. The sewage is supplied to the oil-water separation / purification device 1 via the sewage supply pipe 4, and the sewage supplied from the sewage supply pipe 4 is attached to the rag or the like by a processing device (not shown) installed on the upstream side. Removal of relatively large refuse such as lint, removal of impurities, primary separation of oil and water, and the like are performed. In the first oil / water separation tank 3 of the oil / water separation / purification apparatus 1, the oil component A is stored in a state of being separated upward, and the water B is stored in a state of being separated downward.
When the amount of sewage increases, the oil component A is discharged to the second oil / water separation tank 8 via the overflow pipe 6. The water B in the first oil / water separation tank 3 is drained to the outside through the sewage drain pipe 7.

The oil content A discharged into the second oil / water separation tank 8
Is mixed with water B, the oil A and the water B are further separated. Since the lower side of the second oil / water separation tank 8 communicates with the storage tank main body 12, the water B in the second oil / water separation tank 8 flows into the storage tank main body 12, and the oil component A is the lower limit A 1 of the layer. The storage tank body 1 has a side through the oil discharge hole 9A of the partition plate 9.
2 flows into. The reason why the oil component A is discharged from the second oil / water separation tank 8 to the storage tank main body 12 through the oil discharge hole 9A is to prevent dust from being mixed. Further, in the above-described process of separating the oil component A and the moisture B, the washing water is sprayed from the washing water spray device 10 onto the oil surface. As a result, the dust that has increased in specific gravity due to the attachment of water droplets to the dust floating on the oil surface settles down in the moisture B layer, so that the dust can be removed from the oil component A.

The oil A in the storage tank body 12 is discharged to the oil amount adjustment tank 16 through the second overflow pipe 13.
On the other hand, the water B in the storage tank main body 12 is discharged by the drain pipe 14 to the same wastewater treatment facility as the sewage drain pipe 7. The oil content A in the oil amount adjusting tank 16 is discharged to the residual moisture removing device 18 by operating the on-off valve 17, and the residual moisture is evaporated by heating the oil component A by the steam heater 21 in the residual moisture removing device 18. Oil A from which water B has been completely removed
Is discharged to the oil cooling tank 24 through the communication pipe 25 and cooled. Thus, the high-purity oil component A from which dust and moisture B have been removed can be recovered. Note that the oil cooling tank 24 may be used as a recovered oil storage tank, but another recovered oil storage tank may be installed.
