DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION
L'applicazione di decalcomanie composte con colorazioni determinate da pigmenti o ossidi metallici ad uso ceramico, tali decalcomanie dopo essere state stampate su supporto cartaceo vengono traslate e passate su vetro ceramico tramite un vettore costituito da pellicola composta da un polimero colloide, a questo punto viene assoggettata l’applicazione da una essiccazione per poi passare in cottura su forni ad uso ceramico. La cottura varia da 570° a 900° gradi fahrenheit, tale delta di cottura è assoggettata ai colori in uso in base al mix mineralogico dei quali si compongono, nello specifico di tale mix può avere più elementi basso fondenti o alto fondenti, formando in taluni casi anche eutectici fra di loro variando i punti di fusione e coesione ceramica. L'idea dei presente sistema applicativo nello specifico ne consegue la vasta gamma di colorazioni, decorazioni e loghi che si possono applicare su vetro ceramico ad uso per stufe a legna, stufe a pellet, caminetti, inserti per caminetti a legna o pellet, dove il vetro ceramico è assoggettato a continue variazioni termiche che normalmente variano da temperatura ambiente fino a temperatura 35Q<a>gradi fahrenheit e detta applicazione risulta inalterabile nell’uso.
