DESCRIZIONE del modello di utilità dal titolo:
"Confezione per formaggi in fette"
TESTO DELLA DESCRIZIONE
Il presente trovato ha per oggetto una confezione per prodotti caseari e più in particolare per formaggi in fette, del tipo comprendente una vaschetta sul cui bordo è applicato ermeticamente un coperchio rimovibile.
Lo scopo del trovato è quello di realizzare una nuova ed originale confezione di questo tipo configurata in modo da consentire l'esposizione in vendita di più confezioni fra loro raggruppate in una condizione di minimo ingombro in configurazione verticale, anziché orizzontale come nel caso di analoghe confezioni attualmente disponibili sul mercato, consentendo al tempo stesso un comodo ed agevole prelievo di ciascuna confezione da parte degli acquirenti.
In vista di conseguire tale scopo la confezione secondo il trovato è essenzialmente caratterizzata dal fatto che il coperchio è ribassato rispetto al bordo del contenitore a vaschetta così da definire un ricettacolo configurato per l'inserimento del fondo del contenitore a vaschetta di un'identica confezione contigua, e dal fatto che le pareti del contenitore a vaschetta e le pareti di detto ricettacolo presentano formazioni di accoppiamento forzato con identiche confezioni contigue in una configurazione impaccata stabile in cui dette confezioni sono disposte verticalmente.
Secondo il trovato le suddette formazioni di accoppiamento forzato includono sporgenze allungate elasticamente deformabili.
Secondo una forma preferita di attuazione del trovato la confezione presenta una forma generale trapezoidale e il contenitore a vaschetta, convenientemente formato mediante termoformatura di un materiale plastico per alimenti, presenta dimensioni tali da poter alloggiare un gruppo di fette di formaggio sovrapposte e disposte a ventaglio.
Il trovato verrà ora descritto dettagliatamente con riferimento ai disegni annessi, fornito a puro titolo di esempio non limitativo, nei quali:
la figura 1 è una vista prospettica frontale e dall'alto di una confezione per formaggi in fette secondo il trovato,
la figura 2 è una vista dorsale della figura 1, la figura 3 è una vista prospettica dal basso della confezione,
la figura 4 illustra la confezione in condizione aperta,
la figura 5 mostra prospetticamente un gruppo di confezioni secondo il trovato fra loro impaccate nella condizione di esposizione in vendita, e
la figura 6 è una vista in sezione ed in maggiore scala secondo la linea VI-VI della figura 5 che mostra un dettaglio dell'accoppiamento tra le confezioni del gruppo rappresentato nella figura 5.
Riferendosi inizialmente alle figure 1 a 3, la confezione per formaggi in fette secondo il trovato comprende un contenitore a vaschetta 1 avente forma in pianta generalmente triangolare, o per meglio dire a trapezio isoscele con base minore sensibilmente più corta della base maggiore, realizzato mediante termoformatura di un materiale termoplastico per alimenti. Il bordo del contenitore a vaschetta 1 presenta una flangia perimetrale la sulla quale è applicata ermeticamente la flangia perimetrale complementare 2a di un coperchio 2, apribile e richiudibile, anch'esso realizzato mediante termoformatura. Sia il contenitore a vaschetta 1 sia il coperchio 2 sono convenientemente trasparenti.
Il coperchio 2 è ribassato rispetto alle flange la e 2a così da penetrare parzialmente all'interno del contenitore a vaschetta 1 e definire un ricettacolo esterno 3 per l'inserimento, con le modalità chiarite nel seguito, del contenitore a vaschetta 1 di un'identica confezione contigua.
Le pareti del coperchio 2 che delimitano il ricettacolo 3 lungo la base maggiore e i lati della confezione sono formate integralmente con sporgenze allungate 4 elasticamente deformabili rivolte verso l'interno, mentre la parete corrispondente alla base minore della confezione è formata con una rientranza 5, ovvero con una sporgenza rivolta verso l'esterno. Analogamente, le pareti laterali del contenitore a vaschetta 1 sono formate integralmente lungo tutti i lati con sporgenze allungate ed elasticamente deformabili 6 rivolte verso l'esterno le quali, come si vedrà, sono complementari alle sporgenze 4 ed alla rientranza 5, rispettivamente, del coperchio 2.
La figura 4 mostra la condizione di apertura del coperchio 2 relativamente al contenitore a vaschetta 1 all'interno del quale, nell'uso, è disposto un gruppo di fette di formaggio F. Le dimensioni in lunghezza, larghezza e profondità del contenitore a vaschetta 1 sono tali da poter alloggiare le fette di formaggio F in numero ad esempio compreso fra sei e otto e fra loro sovrapposte a ventaglio, nel modo rappresentato.
La figura 5 rappresenta la condizione di esposizione in vendita di un gruppo di confezioni secondo l'invenzione, fra stabilmente loro impaccate in condizione verticale, ovvero in appoggio lungo le loro basi maggiori. Come si vede, il contenitore a vaschetta 1 di ciascuna confezione è compenetrato entro il ricettacolo 3 del coperchio 2 della confezione contigua, e fra ogni coppia di confezioni contigue si realizza un accoppiamento forzato grazie all'impegno elastico delle sporgenze 6 della vaschetta 1 di una confezione al di sotto delle sporgenze 4 del coperchio 2 dell'altra confezione. La sporgenza 6 formata in corrispondenza della base minore della vaschetta 1 di ogni confezione si impegna entro la rientranza 5 formata in corrispondenza dalla base minore del coperchio 2 della confezione adiacente.
Questo accoppiamento, che come è detto consente di trattenere stabilmente le confezioni fra loro impaccate nella posizione verticale rappresentata nella figura 5, è facilmente disinseribile per consentire nell'uso un comodo prelievo di ogni singola confezione da parte degli acquirenti.
Naturalmente i particolari di costruzione e le forme di realizzazione potranno essere ampiamente variati rispetto a quanto descritto ed illustrato, senza per questo uscire dall'ambito del presente trovato così come definito nelle rivendicazioni che seguono.

Claims (4)

  1. RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Confezione per formaggi in fette (F) consistente in un contenitore a vaschetta (1) sul cui bordo (la) è applicato ermeticamente un coperchio rimovibile (2), caratterizzato dal fatto che il coperchio (2) è ribassato rispetto al bordo (la) del contenitore a vaschetta (1) così da definire un ricettacolo (3) configurato per l'inserimento del contenitore a vaschetta (1) di un'identica confezione contigua, e dal fatto che le pareti del contenitore a vaschetta (1) e le pareti di detto ricettacolo (3) presentano formazioni di accoppiamento forzato (4, 5, 6) con identiche confezioni contigue in una configurazione impaccata stabile in cui dette confezioni sono disposte verticalmente .
  2. 2. Confezione secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che dette formazioni di accoppiamento forzato includono sporgenze allungate (4, 6) elasticamente deformabili.
  3. 3. Confezione secondo la rivendicazione 1 o la rivendicazione 2, caratterizzata dal fatto che detto contenitore a vaschetta (1) presenta dimensioni tali da contenere un gruppo di fette di formaggio (F) fra loro sovrapposte a ventaglio.
  4. 4. Confezione secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzata dal fatto che presenta in pianta forma trapezoidale la cui base maggiore costituisce l'appoggio nella suddetta configurazione impaccata di dette confezioni in posizione verticale.
