Description

DESCRIZIONE dell’invenzione avente per TITOLO:
“SALDATURA TERMICA IN CONTINUO”,
Trattasi di un sistema di saldatura longitudinale in continuo tra carta e materiale plastico PP-PPT , per la produzione di rotoli destinati ad uso medicale. Si tratta di una saldatura termica che non prevede l'apporto dì collanti e che garantisce la “pelabiltà” dei materiali di differente composizione interessati dal processo proprio come richiesto dalle disposizioni relative al medicale.
(Ad oggi la saldatura di questi tubolari avviene attraverso l’utilizzo di barre riscaldate a pressione pneumatica e a materiale fermo. Questo crea sovrapposizione di saldatura sul materiale di circa 1 cm e ne provoca la rottura anziché la “pelabilità”, indispensabile nel settore ospedaliero).
I due materiali, Carta e PP-PPT, arrivano a questo gruppo preformati a seconda delle necessità dell’utilizzatore, seguendo percorsi distinti.
L’ingresso della linea Carta nel gruppo di saldatura in continuo è indicato con la lettera “A” sullo schema 1 allegato.
L’ingresso della linea PP-PPT nel gruppo di saldatura in continuo è indicato con la lettera “B” sullo schema 1 allegato.
La linea Carta attraversa la predisposta zona di preriscaldo indicata con la lettera “D" nello schema 1 allegato. Composta da due rulli rivestiti con gomma siliconica, ognuno alloggia le resistenze per il riscaldamento e la termocoppia per la rilevazione della temperatura. Il pre riscaldo è necessario per preparare film cartaceo alia saldatura.
La linea PP-PPT attraversa la predisposta zona di preriscaldo indicata con la lettera “C” nello schema 1 allegato. Composta da due rulli rivestiti con gomma siliconica, ognuno alloggia le resistenze per il riscaldamento e la termocoppia per la rilevazione della temperatura. Il pre riscaldo è necessario per preparare il film plastico alla saldatura.
Dopo il preriscaldo i due film, guidati da rulli folli, sì sovrappongono nella zona indicata con la lettera Έ” sullo schema 1 allegato.
Una volta sovrapposti i materiali passano attraverso un opportuno dispositivo che consente ai film di rimanere a contatto con le ruote saldanti superiori per 180° (semiperimetro), completando la saldatura degli stessi.
Questo dispositivo, indicato con la lettera “F”, sugli schemi 1 e 2 allegati, è composto da una serie dì rulli folli montati su una adeguata struttura e permette due funzioni essenziali: la prima durante la fase di saldatura, quando mantiene i film sovrapposti perfettamente in tensione guidandoli correttamente lungo il perimetro delle ruote saldanti superiori (zona in cui avviene la saldatura).
La seconda quando allontana il film accoppiato dalle ruote saldanti superiori durante l’arresto macchina. La struttura sagomata di cui sopra infatti è montata su guide lineari e movimentata tramite attuatori pneumatici orizzontali. Quando venga richiesto l’arresto macchina, allontana il film accoppiato al fine di evitare inopportune bruciature in quel tratto a contatto con la ruota saldante superiore (Vedi schema n° 2 allegato).
Il film accoppiato come precedentemente detto si salda percorrendo un semiperimetro della ruota saldante superiore, indicata con la lettera Ή” nello schema 1 allegato. Si tratta di una ruota rettificata in lega di alluminio speciale, che alloggia una resistenza sagomata per il riscaldo della stessa. La temperatura è controllata tramite sensori ad infrarossi (indicati con la lettera “L" nello schema 1 allegato) su sei punti del perimetro. Il profilo saldante della ruota superiore viene lavorato in funzione delle esigenze finali.
Sull’albero portante possono esserci più ruote (vedi schema allegato n° 3) per consentire la produzione di formati diversi dalla stessa bobina. Ciascuna ruota avrà identiche caratteristiche essendo montata sull'albero portante tramite mozzi isolanti ed il controllo della temperatura avverrà sempre in modo indipendente su sei punti di ogni singola ruota.
Le ruote sull’albero possono essere calde (indicate con la lettera “R” sullo schema allegato n° 3) o fredde (indicate con la lettera “P” sullo schema allegato n° 3). Sono intervallate tramite distanziali quando la distanza tra esse è minima, oppure da ruote gommate per il sostegno del film quando la distanza è consistente (indicate con la lettera "Q” sullo schema allegato n° 3).
L’albero di alloggiamento per le ruote saldanti superiori è fissato a slitte meccaniche movimentate tramite attuatori pneumatici verticali (vedi dispositivo indicato con la lettera “G” negli schemi 1 e 2 allegati). Quando venga richiesto l'arresto macchina, l’albero si allontana verticalmente dal rullo di contrasto, lasciando libero il film accoppiato. Questa funzione agisce in combinazione al movimento orizzontale del dispositivo indicato con “F” negli schemi te 2 allegati, al fine di evitare inopportune bruciature al film.
Il contrasto delle suddette ruote saldanti è dato da un rullo gommato con una speciale gomma (indicato con la lettera “M” nello schema 1 allegato), avente diametro inferiore rispetto alle ruote. Il rullo determina la perfetta realizzazione del profilo di saldatura stabilito.
Il riscaldo del rullo avviene attraverso 8 resistenze alloggiate nel rullo stesso. La pressione di saldatura tra le ruote saldanti e il rullo gommato è regolabile meccanicamente. La massima pressione di saldatura è di 0.20 mm (dato come compenetrazione delle ruote saldanti nel rullo gommato). Anche sul rullo la rilevazione della temperatura avviene tramite sensore ad infrarossi (indicato con la lettera Ί” nello schema 1 allegato) ed in modo indipendente.
Il tubolare saldato entra quindi nella zona di raffreddamento, indicata con la lettera “N” nello schema 1 allegato. Il raffreddamento del materiale avviene mediante due rulli gommati per evitare la formazione di condensa e raffreddat tramite apposito dispositivo a ricircolo d’acqua.
Indicato con la lettera Ό” è infine l’uscita del tubolare saldato finito.

Claims (4)

  1. RIVENDICAZIONI 1) Le ruote saldanti (indicate con la lettera “H” sullo schema 1 allegato) che girando sul proprio asse saldano i due film, Carta e PP-PPT, rimanendo a contatto con gli stessi per 180° (semiperimetro), consentendo una saldatura continua, priva cioè di interruzioni e/o sovrapposizioni.
  2. 2) La resistenza sagomata per il riscaldo indipendente di ogni singola ruota saldante, che permette di utilizzare la combinazione di ruote calde e fredde sullo stesso asse, al fine di ottenere le più svariate combinazioni senza che si debbano rimuovere quelle inutilizzate (fredde).
  3. 3) Il dispositivo di controllo della temperatura su 6 punti di ogni singola ruota saldante, indipendente per ogni ruota inserita nei sistema di saldatura in continuo.
  4. 4) Il dispositivo indicato con la lettera “F” sugli schemi 1 e 2 allegati che mantiene i film sovrapposti perfettamente in tensione, guidandoli correttamente lungo il perimetro delle ruote saldanti superiori. Tale dispositivo consente ai film di rimanere a contatto COTI le ruote saldanti superiori per 180° (semiperimetro), completando la saldatura degli stessi e allontana il film accoppiato dalle ruote saldanti superiori durante l’arresto macchina tramite attuatori pneumatici orizzontali al fine di evitare inopportune bruciature. 5) fi dispositivo indicato con la lettera “G" sugli schemi 1 e 2 allegati che allontana verticalmente l’albero porta ruote saldanti superiori dal rullo di contrasto, lasciando libero il film accoppiato. Questa dispositivo agisce in combinazione al movimento orizzontale di quello indicato con “F” negli schemi 1e 2 allegati, al fine di evitare inopportune bruciature al film accoppiato. 6) La disposizione delle apparecchiature die interessano il processo può variare in termini dimensionali, ma non come disposizione. 1 film da saldare devo sempre seguire il seguente giro: pre riscaldo film Carta; pre riscaldo film PP-PPT; sovrapposizione dei film; ingresso nel dispositivo indicato con la lettera “F” sugli schemi 1 e 2 allegati; contatto con le ruote saldanti superiori contrasto a pressione calibrata con il rullo saldante inferiore: raffreddamento. 7) Il film a contatto diretto con le ruote saldanti superiori deve necessariamente essere il film Carta.
